<p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">we had a trip to San Francisco during the Christmas holidays.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">圣诞节期间,我们去旧金山游玩了一趟。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">From Los Angeles, along the U.S. No.1 highway, we passed a place that sounded pretty good - Santa Barbara.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">从洛杉矶出发,沿着美国一号公路,我们路过一个名字很好听的地方—"圣塔芭芭拉"。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Perhaps because of the lack of flowers in the winter, the city which claims to be a garden is a little unusual.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">也许是因为冬季,缺少鲜花,这座被称作花园般的城市,给人感觉很一般。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">we just stopped for a moment and took a few photos, we went to the next station, a famous place that called the Danish town in the United States.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">我们仅仅在那里停留了片刻,拍了几张照片,便去往下一站,一个非常有名的地方,号称美国的"丹麦小镇"。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">The town was said to have come from five Danish immigrants who bought the land in 1911 and built a village school here.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">据说这个小镇,由5名丹麦移民,于1911年买下这片土地,并在这里建造了一所乡村学校而来的。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Danish town ,which English name is "Solvang" in Santa Barbara county, California,&nbsp;about 150 miles north of the city of Los Angeles, there are less than 5,000 permanent residents, two-thirds of whom are Danish descendants.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">丹麦小镇,它的英文名字是"Solvang",位于加州圣巴巴拉县,距洛杉矶北部150公里,有不到5000人口的永久居民,其中三分之二是丹麦人的后代。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">The first settlers worked in farming or other industries and their children accepted the Danish tradition of education.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">第一批移民,他们从事农业或其他手工行业,他们的孩子同样接受了丹麦的传统教育。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">So,it slowly formed the Danish city far from Denmark&nbsp;around the school.The word "solvang" means "field in the sun" in Danish.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">所以,慢慢地在学校周边形成了远离丹麦国家的小镇。"Solvang"一词在丹麦语中的意思是"阳光照耀的田野"。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">As you stroll through this Scandinavian town in winter, you can feel the exotic atmosphere everywhere,a stork, a small wooden house, a windmill, and a stork that symbolizes good luck on the roof.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">冬日里,当你漫步在这个北欧风情的小镇,你可以感受到异国情调的氛围无处不在,鹳、小木屋、风车。小木屋顶上的鹳鸟,象征着好运。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Several streets in the center of the town are covered with more than 300 shops. Because there are more than 40 wineries around the area, and there are many small bistro in these shops.The sign at the door invites guests to have free wine tasting notices. </span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">市中心的几条街道上分布着300多家店铺。因为在这个地区有40多家酒厂,所以这些店铺中有许多小酒馆。酒馆门上张贴着邀请客人免费品尝葡萄酒的告示。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">&nbsp;More of the shops are selling souvenirs.No matter which shop, when you find the manual fine furniture, smell that wonderful fragrance of fresh bread, fresh sweet, see have never seen small chic Christmas decorations, and saw a few decades ago played iron clockwork toys, you really can and other tourists swarmed over the moon.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">很多的店铺在出售纪念品。无论哪一家店铺,当你发现手工精美的家具,闻到新鲜面包的香味,品尝新鲜的甜点,看到从未见过小巧别致的圣诞饰物,还有几十年前铁条玩具,你真的会和其他的游客一样,蜂拥而来,欣喜若狂。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Walk down the street, and as long as you pay attention, you will be attracted to the building itself.The first country school is now a Danish restaurant,here you can eat authentic Danish food.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">沿着这条街走,只要你留心,你就会被这里的建筑物所吸引。最早的乡村学校现在已是丹麦风味的餐馆,在这里你可以吃正宗的丹麦食物。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">The windmill, which had been used for its strength, has become a local symbol.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">风车,曾经作为力量的象征,如今它已经成为当地的标识性建筑。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Danish common language is a Danish town, the Danish tradition and customs is&nbsp;cherished by&nbsp;town people,building almost a typical Danish style, so the town become have full-bodied amorous feelings of the Danish tourist hot spots.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">丹麦语是小镇共同语言,丹麦传统和习俗被小镇人继承,就连建筑也是典型的丹麦风格,所以小镇已成为充满浓郁丹麦风情的旅游热点</b><span style="font-size: 15px;">。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">In the town, there are four traditional windmills, as well as two 1/2-sized replica of the mermaid statue, museum, park, theater, church, golf course, ranch, wine farm, etc.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">在小镇里,有四个传统的风车,还有两个1/2大小的美人鱼雕像,博物馆,公园,剧院,教堂,高尔夫球场,牧场,酒场等等。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 15px;">Although I haven't been to Denmark, the town has made a good impression on me.I would like to stay here long times if there is a chance to come again ,better feel the fairytale Nordic style.</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 15px;">虽然我没有去过丹麦,但这个小镇给我留下了很好的印象。如果有机会再来,我想长时间呆在这里,更好地感受一下这童话般的北欧风情。</b></p>
