没有大众化的、群众性的、应用性的教育科研活动,就不会有真正的中小学教育科研的春天。为了引领教师在解决问题中发展,让教师人人都能做研究,做自己喜欢的研究, 2017年盟教科所开展了全盟首批的小课题立项研究工作。全盟教师积极响应,共有249项课题审批立项。虽然数量较多,但质量还有待提高,比如对小课题认识不深,选题不切合,论证不深刻,操作性不强等问题,盟教科所于2017年11月1日召开了兴安盟教育科研小课题培训会议。
