Natural Progression of Small Things

<h3>Sometimes we think we have this high dream of living, in a way and in a place … but it isn’t always that way. Rather than keep adding things that cluster our minds and lives, maybe we should run away from some of these things.</h3> <h3>Sometimes we believe the changes we make have to be this huge thing --- running a marathon, becoming a tennis champion, a yoga guru, a tai-chi master, an iron chef, a calligraphy master, a writer, an artist, etc. (of course these are not my goals :).</h3> <h3>Maybe instead, we should try something small and let things progress naturally, such as running a 5K and 10 k race this year; winning a tennis tournament this season; practicing tai-chi every evening; preparing a new dish each week, etc.?</h3> <h3>More and more I like the notion that usually it isn’t some grand vision of ours --- rather it is a natural progression of small things that leads us to where we are today. Following our heart to do the daily things that we love, and by that, we will manage to put together an amazing life, a life that is meaningful, fulfilling, and successful. </h3> <h3>As long as we have the desire, the determination, we will reach our destination.</h3> <h3>Background music: I Believe.</h3>
