本次活动由牛津小镇的促进委员会和商家发起，与新西兰湖北经贸文化协会联合举办。这是新、中社团积极合作做公益的一次成功经验！双方社团组织者们自觉地推动新中文化交流，以视觉艺术传情，增进两国人民的了解和友谊。

This event was initiated by Oxford Promotion Action Committee, co-organised by Emma's at Oxford, Experience Oxford and NZ Hubei Economy Trade Culture Association and It is a successful experience for Kiwi and Chinese doing communities volunteer work together! Both organisers promoted NZ and China culture exchange proactively, pass the love through visual art, enhance understanding and friendship between people of the two nations.

6月2日，恩施风情摄影作品在怀马卡里里地区的牛津小镇 Emma’s at Oxford 展出长达一个月，恩施与怀马卡里里姊妹城市友好关系周年庆典系列活动正在继续，以满足更多观众的愿望。

To celebrate an anniversary of Enshi Waimakariri sister city relationship, Enshi vision in Oceana Photo Exhibition opened for public at Emma’s at Oxford, Waimakariri 2 June~2 July 2017 to satisfy more residents aspirations.

摄影展开幕的那天，正是 Emma’s at Oxford 精品店十周年生日.

The date of the Photo Exhibition opened was the 10 years birthday of Emma's in the Oxford shop.

老板 Emma 在她的店里腾出了位置，设置了富有乡土气息的亚麻装饰的展板，完美衬托着恩施的土家风情，红色的小灯笼在她店里增添了中国色彩，吸引了众多专程来小镇观展的客人。

Emma rearranged her shop space, to fit in display boards, she decorated the display boards by sacking, matched Enshi rural scenery and people's lifestyle shown in the photos perfectly. The red lanterns hang up in her shop, added Chinese colour in her shop, created a pleasant atmosphere. Enshi Photo Exhibition attracted so many people who made a special trip to Oxford, and visit her shop to view the Enshi images.

6月4日，牛津小镇恩施风情摄影展在别具特色的博物馆会议厅举行了隆重的开幕式。

In 4th June, the Enshi photo exhibition opening ceremony has held in the meeting hall of Oxford Musem.

开幕式上，牛津小镇学校的学生们表演了毛利哈卡和毛利节目。

挂在会场一侧的恩施书法家作品“友谊长存” 是恩施州长代表团今年3月访问怀马卡里里时赠给该地区政府的礼品，由刘芳震州长亲自交给怀马卡里里市长 David Ayers。装点的红灯笼和气球表达对中国客人的友善和欢迎。

A "Friendship Forever" calligraphy work by Enshi famous calligrapher, was hung at the wall of the hall, it was a precious souvenir from Enshi government, governor FangZhen Liu handed over to David Ayers, Waimakariri mayor, when Enshi governor's delegation visited Waimakariri March 2017. The red lanterns and balloons decoration were expressed Oxford people warm welcome and friendship toward Chinese.

Barry Cuttance, the Chairman of Oxford Promotion Action Committee hosted the opening ceremony. He sincerely acknowledged the organisers, business owners, guest and friends who contributed for this great event, they are the witness and promoters for NZ and China friendship development. This event is an excellent example and experience of how Enshi and Waimakariri sister city relationship developed!

Wendy Doody, Councilor of Waimakariri addressed at the opening ceremony. She expressed their witchiness, that throughout the culture exchange activities, promote Oxford to Hubei and Enshi people, welcome to visit Oxford, to discover the nature beauty of our small rural town, and get know of our simple and honest people.

他说：我们之所以积极主动地与牛津小镇社团合办这次公益活动，是因为期望让基督城、怀马卡里里和牛津小镇市民有幸体验万里之遥的恩施风情、中国艺术家的独特的摄影风格和技艺，了解恩施丰富多彩的民族文化，加深两地人民之间的友情。

Dr Yafei Zhou, the president of NZ Hubei Economy Trade Culture Association, addressed at the opening ceremony. He said: it was our great pleasure to proactively co-organise this community event, take this opportunity to shown case Enshi vision to sister city people who live thousands of miles away, the beauty, people and their lifestyle, the culture and their photographic skill, to enhance the friendship between two countries.

他特别感谢，牛津促进委员会 Barry Cuttance主席发起了牛津小镇的中国摄影展。他与牛津促进委员会的 Shirley Farrell、 Emma’s at Oxford商店的Emma、新西兰湖北经贸文化协会晴阳副会长，John Farrell 以及牛津小镇的华裔商人赵斌等人合作策划、筹备和并实施，他们克服了重重困难，为这次活动付出了很大的努力。

His special thanks go to Mr Barry Cuttance, the Chairmen of Oxford Promotions Action Committee, he initiated the exhibition at Oxford, together with Mrs Shirley Farrell, Oxford Promotions Action Committee, Emma, Emma’s at Oxford, Yang Qin Zhou, deputy president of NZ Hubei Economy Trade Culture Association, John Farrell, Bing Zhao, businessman at Oxford, they have overcome difficulties, and put a lot of efforts into the preparation and implementation of the event.

据小镇的商家和居民普遍反馈：开展以来，许多新中观众来到平日宁静的小镇参观恩施风情摄影展，顺便观光、游览、午餐、购物、逛集市，给小镇带来了人气和生机。本次文化交流活动既宣传了中华文化，又繁荣了当地经贸的发展，实现了双赢！

Feedback from Oxford residents and business owners: Since the Photo Exhibition started, many Kiwi and Chinese came to our small rural town, where normally very quiet, the visitors came to tour, visit, shopping and lunch, brought happy mood and vitality! This Culture Exchange event not only promoted Chinese Culture but also developed local economy and trade, created double win of the prosperous!

恩施摄影展 背景信息：

湖北恩施是个十分美妙的地方，土家、苗族等28个少数民族在这片热土上幸福地生活着。恩施的民族文化绚丽厚重，丰富多彩。这里有闻名于世的大峡谷, 山峰险峻；历史悠久的土司城， 清澈透明的清江，一望无际的山茶园......

土家风情飘大洋 国际摄影展将向新西兰人倾情展现百幅恩施摄影家的优秀作品，让土家的风土人情跨越大洋，与新西兰人尽兴分享.

2014年，新西兰湖北经贸文化协会为恩施与怀马卡里里搭建了友谊的桥梁。

2016年5月，新西兰湖北经贸文化协会促成怀马卡里里市长代表团赴恩施访问，签署了国际姊妹城市友好关系的协议，开启了友好往来的新篇章，推动双方开展了系列文化经贸交流与互动。

2016年9月，新西兰湖北经贸文化协会组织了 “视觉 新西兰” 大型摄影展，在恩施文化馆隆重展出。数千名恩施观众欣赏了新西兰摄影家的作品，了解了新西兰的人文景观，加深了对新西兰的印象。

2016年9月，新西兰湖北经贸文化协会组织新西兰代表团参加第3届恩施硒产品国际博览会。

2017年3月24日，恩施州长刘芳震率政府代表团正式访问怀马卡里里地区。

由湖北省恩施市人民政府主办，新西兰湖北经贸文化协会承办，怀马卡里里地区政府、恩施市商务局、恩施市文化体育新闻出版广电局，恩施市摄影家协会，恩施市非物质文化遗产保护传承展演中心，武汉红与黑文化实业有限公司协办的大型文化交流活动 “土家风情飘大洋” 摄影展在中国驻克赖斯特彻奇总领事馆和怀马卡里里地区政府的特别支持下于2017年4月29日在Ara坎特伯雷理工学院Rakaia Atrium隆重开幕！

本次大型文化交流活动活动得到了企、事业及商家以及多家社团的大力支持，受到基督城和怀马卡里里市民的充分肯定和赞扬！

开幕式后收到来自恩施在基督城坎特伯雷大学孔子学院工作一年的 卢好 真挚、感人的留言：

活动当天没能去现场，很遗憾。但作为土生土长的恩施人，看到家乡风土人情能在异国他乡展览，让世界另一端的人民有机会了解到鄂西恩施的民俗民情，我感到自豪又激动。华人在国外办活动真的非常不容易，能有此成果，要感谢晴阳阿姨和周伯伯还有协会所有人的付出。

世界上有很多缘分真的很奇妙，没有想过自己大学毕业时能有机会去州外办实习而认识了一帮志趣相投的哥哥姐姐们，没有想过半年之后自己会选择来万里之外的基督城孔院工作一年，没有想过异乡有幸认识了阿姨，没有想过家乡恩施和怀市居然是友好的姊妹城市关系。我很感恩一切的相遇与机会。
