He successfully organized the 70th Anniversary of World War II Diversity event on Nov 7th, 2015 His new TV program: Delicius Food and Pretty Guests Chef Weng is preparing for cooking. 1st Dish: Japanese style frying chicken
1) cut chicken into pieces
2) add ginger, salt, soy source, egg, starch
3) mix well for 5-6 minutes
4) fry and split them well
5) fry it into Golden color
6) turn down the stove heat
7) when you feel crispy, it is ready
8) Yammi
2nd DishJapanese Curry curd Dumpling
1) cut onion , greet onion into pieces
2) put ground meat (beef/pork/chicken) into bowl
3) add oil,slight fry onion first
4) add ground meat, light fry into small pieces
5) add curry, soy bean oil to mix and continue fry for 5-6 minutes
6) put them into refrigerator for 1 hour
7) smells good, when it is getting cool
8) make dumplings tightly, press them slightly into good shape
9) add egg, bread powder
10) fry them for short time into golden color
