“炒鸡酒”

<h1><b>新年回到洛杉矶,感觉今年冬天较冷,箭头湖山上下了近一个月的雪,是南加州这近十年来少见的多雪,十分高兴这厚厚的雪,可以帮助缓解加州多年来的干旱💦</b><br /></h1> <h1><b> Back to Los Angeles on New Year Day , this winter is quite cold , up the mountain Lake Arrowhead had been snowing for almost whole month , it's rare in Southern California in the last ten years the snowy. Very happy that this thick snow, can help ease the drought in California over the years </b></h1> <h1><b>山上下雪,山下却雨水丰沛,十分好👍&nbsp;</b></h1> <h1><b>Up the mountain had&nbsp;lots of&nbsp;snow , down the hill had plenty&nbsp;of rain , very nice to have all these water👍</b></h1> <h1><b>我家山坡上的野菜花,喝够雨露,开满了一片,十分可爱🌱🌿🌻</b></h1> <h1><b>在这寒冬初春季节,最想念的,是妈妈家,阿喔的那一碗热乎乎,酒浓浓,香甜醉人,好吃的"炒鸡酒"👍</b></h1> <h1><b>到华人超市买了一只新鲜的"土鸡",洗净切块。</b></h1> <h1><b>再买一大块姜,洗净切细粒。</b></h1> <h1><b>将姜粒与鸡块放入锅中炒干,炒香后,加入清水淹过鸡块,盖锅煮沸。</b></h1> <h1><b>加入当归,党参</b></h1> <h1><b>还加入枸杞,淮山,北芪,无核红枣,</b></h1> <h1><b>将煮沸的鸡块,一并配料,转入一个大肚沙锅,加够足量的开水,让其在火炉上小火慢慢熬煮约45分钟,将鸡块,配料煮软熬透</b></h1> <h1><b>当鸡汤已经煮好可以食用了,这时,将一瓶绍兴老酒&quot;女儿红&quot;,或是一瓶&quot;客家酿酒&quot; ,或是一瓶&quot;黑糯米酒&quot;,倒入鸡汤中,也可以根据各人喜好酒味的浓淡加入酒量。</b></h1> <h1><b>若喜欢甜味,可以加入少许黑糖</b></h1> <h1><b>炒鸡酒便大功告成了👍</b></h1> <h1><b>喝着热乎乎的鸡酒,全身都暖暖的,确是滋补美味好吃🌷🌷🌷</b></h1>
