琼山五小第三届“新星杯”青年教师赛课纪实(二)

<h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;为了进一步促进我校青年教师积极钻研新课程理论,不断更新教学观,促进青年教师的专业发展,提升教育教学水平,建设一支高素质、高水平的教师队伍。</h3><h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;继12月6日语文科组“新星杯”的赛课后,12月7日上午在琼山五小六楼多媒体报告厅继续开展“新星杯”的赛课活动,今天参赛的是数学科组的四位年轻教师。分别是一年级吴洁老师,三年级吴静老师,三年级杨德峻老师,三年级符国婷老师。</h3> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; 本次活动由数学组组长林方成主持。</h3> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; 出任本次评委的有:琼山三小的薛才统教导、蒙绪川组长、杜应文老师。</h3> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 早早的,八点大家就到场,选手们也准备就绪。</h3> <h3>教学流程:</h3><h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;一、口算导入</h3><h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;二、探究9加4</h3><h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1、出示主题图:共有多少个苹果?如 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;何列式?</h3><h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 吴老师整个教学过程对课堂掌握游刃有余,特别是最后对9加几的计算总结更是起到画龙点睛的作用,学生在总结后能够迅速口算出结果。</h3> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;蒙绪川组长点评:教师在课堂教学中,以小动物小猴的活动为主线,巧妙设计问题,提出问题。通过让学生摆一摆、移一移、说一说。让学生初步理解凑十法的计算思路,经历计算方法的探索过程,教学的层次有梯度,有效地使学生在课堂里应用知识,解决问题,学生对于“凑十法”的理解和对问题的表述还要加强练习,培养。</h3> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 杜应文老师点评:教师教学过程紧扣,层层推进,采用的教法符合低年级学生心理特点。直观性原则较强,注重了学生与老师间的交流,注重了学生的动手操作。但生生互动不够,在拓展学生思维方面做的不够。</h3> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;薛才统教导点评:</h3><h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1、复习铺垫比较充分,为新课学习凑十 &nbsp; 一不够充分。</h3> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;琼山五小数学组赛课活动也接近尾声,林方成组长结束语中说道:"新星杯"赛课的举行,为我校青年教师提供了锻炼的平台,相信我们的年轻教师一定会得到快速的成长。 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;这一次活动的开展不仅仅是在台上展示的教师有进步,台下听课的老师也是有所收获。想必每一节课的台上展示必定是台下整个年级组的建议和智慧的结果。这充分体现了五小人爱学,会学,博学的品质,达到了共同进步,抱团成长的目的。</h3> <h3>&nbsp;
