He implemented harsh laws, making the people live in fear. These four words are like a historical differential equation written in characters. Although it does not describe the specific process of each event in detail, it allows us to understand some important characteristics of that era and feel the tense atmosphere of society and the difficult situation of the people under the rule of the First Emperor of Qin.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">The character system also has a unique feature, that is, it forms a "time crystal" through intergenerational inheritance. Its symbol arrangement shows a periodic self-similar structure in the time dimension. There are often ritual repetitive contents in the oracle bone inscriptions of divination. For example, in the records of sacrificial activities, it may repeatedly emphasize the time, place, participants, and offerings of the sacrifice. This repetition is not meaningless verbosity but is constructing a resonant structure that can travel through time and space. There are also many techniques of metaphor and repetition in The Book of Songs, such as "By riverside a pair of turtledoves are cooing; There's a good maiden a young man is wooing. Water plants spread out, left and right you seek them; There's a good maiden, awake, asleep, he thinks of her." By repeating phrases like "There's a good maiden," it strengthens the emotional expression of the poem and makes the poem more rhythmic and melodious. Just like the repetition of a melody in music can make people deeply impressed, the periodicity of characters also enables information to break through the shackles of linear time and be passed down from generation to generation. When later generations read these characters, they seem to be able to have a dialogue across time and space with the ancients, feel the thoughts and emotions of the predecessors, and understand the yearning for a better life, the pursuit of love, and the reflection on social phenomena of people in different eras.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p> <p class="ql-block">Oracle Bone Inscriptions: The Quantum Information Code of Ancient Characters</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">As ancient characters, oracle bone inscriptions have unique quantum information characteristics. Their symbol density has reached the quantum limit of early characters, and a single character shape often integrates multiple information such as divination events, divine revelations, and space-time coordinates. For example, many characters with the radical "示" are related to the semantics of religion and sacrifice, such as "神 (god)", "祭 (sacrifice)", "祈 (pray)", etc. This influence is like quantum entanglement, spanning time and space. Even after thousands of years of changes, we can still find the shadow of oracle bone inscriptions in modern Chinese characters. This proves that the character system has the ability of non-local information transmission. However, when we read oracle bone inscriptions, due to the lack of context, the DMN will encounter many difficulties in reconstructing the time and space framework. It is like a time machine lacking key parts, making it difficult to accurately return to that ancient era and restore the scenes and information recorded in the oracle bone inscriptions. This is why it is so difficult for us modern people to read oracle bone inscriptions.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">Essentially, characters are like the topological fibers of four-dimensional time and space. Through the reading behaviors of generation after generation, the wormhole effect of space-time curling is achieved. Each character is like a mysterious Klein bottle. On the surface, it looks like a simple two-dimensional shape, a planar graphic composed of basic strokes such as horizontal, vertical, left-falling, and right-falling strokes. But in fact, it wraps an infinite time dimension. It carries human memories, wisdom, and emotions, spanning the boundaries of time and space, closely connecting the past, the present, and the future. It is precisely this space-time penetrability of characters that explains the magic of their inheritance for thousands of years.</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block">In the digital age, when emojis begin to carry the depth of time, those simple emoticons are no longer just expressions of the current mood. They also begin to record the characteristics of the era and people's living conditions. When code gains the ability of self-iteration, the code in computer programs can continuously evolve and improve according to the environment and needs. We are witnessing the historical moment when characters are upgraded to five-dimensional information entities. Characters are no longer limited to traditional forms.
