　　不久前，我怀着一颗虔诚而敬畏的心，踏入那片弥漫着浓厚历史文化韵味的胜地。

　　刚一抵达，一座气势恢宏的牌坊便映入眼帘，上面镌刻着南宋书法大家张即之苍劲有力的——“天下径山”四字。 在暖阳的温柔轻抚下，那几个大字宛如被注入生命的活力，熠熠生辉，仿佛从悠远的历史沉睡中苏醒过来一般，正娓娓诉说着岁月长河中那些鲜为人知的故事。

　　我伫立在牌坊前，脑海里浮现出旅游杂志中描绘的一幅幅径山寺画面，感受着周围浓厚的历史文化气息，仿佛瞬间穿越了时空，回到了往昔的岁月之中。

　　相传，唐代高僧法钦云游径山，在山顶结草为庵，潜心修行。随着名声日盛，他成为朝野皆知的人物。不久，他奉诏入京，被代宗赐号“国一大师”。 次年，法钦大师重返径山，代宗下旨建寺。从此，径山寺开启了其辉煌的历史篇章。

　　南宋时期，径山寺得到了进一步的发展。高宗在寺内建龙游阁，并亲题“宝光”匾额；孝宗也亲临御书“径山兴圣万寿禅寺”。 由此，径山寺被誉为“禅宗五山十刹之首”。至清代，康熙赐名“香云禅寺”，乾隆御笔题额，更增添了这座古刹的皇家气韵。

　　明代旅行家徐霞客在其游记中详细记载了径山寺的建筑风貌、自然风光和僧侣生活，为后人提供了宝贵的历史资料；现代著名画家刘海粟在径山寺题写“度一切苦厄”的匾额，为古刹增添了新的文化印记。

　　径山寺素有“江南禅林之冠” 的美誉，文化底蕴深厚。寺内“茶宴”的渊源可追溯至唐代。据传，那里的僧侣时常饮茶论经，逐渐形成了独特的“茶宴”文化。 每年春天，茶宴盛况空前，僧客云集，品茗论道。南宋时，京都东福寺的开山祖师圆尔弁圆和著名高僧南浦绍明南浦绍明慕名前来径山寺求佛悟道，将茶道仪式和“茶宴”文化带回日本，逐渐演变为日本的“茶道”。 正因如此，径山寺在日本也享有盛名。

　　径山寺的题词、诗文与典故，不仅丰富了其文化内涵，也为后人研究古代文学艺术提供了珍贵资源，彰显了其在历史文化上的重要地位。

　　继续前行，我缓缓步入一座古意盎然的传统寺庙。这里，一座座白墙黛瓦的建筑错落有致地排列着，周边的植物郁郁葱葱，宛如一条翠色的绸带将其轻轻环绕，构成了一幅自然而和谐的绝美画卷。

　　天空中，朵朵白云悠然地飘拂，如同棉絮般轻盈自在，为这片天地增添了几分静谧与祥和。漫步在寺庙的小径上，微风拂过树叶，发出的“沙沙”声宛如情人间的细语，传入耳畔，我的心灵瞬间归于平静，仿佛世间的一切喧嚣都在此刻离我而去。

　　偶尔遇见几位虔诚的香客在祈祷。他们专注的神情、庄重的举止，让我深深感受到了信仰的力量。那是一种对美好生活的默默憧憬，对心灵慰藉的执着追求。

　　告别寺庙，一座典型的中式庭院跃入视野。庭院前，两棵高大的青松傲然挺立，宛如忠诚的卫士，默默守护着身后的庙宇建筑群。这里的色彩搭配恰到好处，布局精巧，一砖一瓦、一草一木无不展现中国古代园林艺术的独特魅力与深邃内涵。

　　沿着蜿蜒的小径缓缓而行，仿佛置身于一幅精美的山水画卷之中，不由自主地沉醉其中，尽情享受着这份难得的宁静与美丽，仿佛时间都为这份美好而停留。

　　接着，我又走进一座充满古典韵味的庭院。那青砖灰瓦的传统建筑与生机盎然的绿色植物相互映衬，完美融合，宛如一幅灵动的水墨画，散发着迷人的魅力。不知不觉间，我的脚步变得轻柔，生怕惊扰了这份宁静的美好。就在这时，几声清脆的鸟鸣划破寂静，宛如天籁之音，为这静谧的庭院增添了几分生气与灵动。

　　我在亭台楼阁之间穿梭流连，仿佛穿越了时空的重重阻隔，与古人展开了一场心灵的对话，深切地感受到传统文化的博大精深与无穷魅力。

　　最后，我来到一片宁静祥和的自然景致之中。远处，连绵起伏的山脉犹如一条青葱的巨龙，被浓墨重彩的翠绿所覆盖，在蓝天白云的映衬下，显得分外雄伟壮观；近处，是一望无际的竹林随风摇曳，发出轻柔的“簌簌”声，清脆悦耳，婉转和谐，宛如大自然这位伟大音乐家谱写的美妙乐章，令人陶醉不已。

　　我静静地徜徉在这片如诗如画的美景之中，尽情享受着这一片刻的宁静与惬意，心中满是对大自然的敬畏和深深的感恩之情。

　　此次短暂却又丰富的文化之旅，恰似一场跨越时空的心灵遨游，让我更深地领悟了“山光悦鸟性，潭影空人心”的禅宗境界，真是获益匪浅，成为我记忆长河中的一颗璀璨瑰宝。

Not long ago, with a devout and awestruck heart, I stepped into that famous scenic spot permeated with rich historical and cultural charm.

少し前、私は敬虔な心と畏敬の念を抱いて、濃厚な歴史文化の趣きが漂うその勝地に足を踏み入れた。

Upon arrival, a majestic memorial archway came into view, with the four vigorous and forceful characters of Zhang Jizhi, a master calligrapher from the Southern Song Dynasty inscribed upon it — "Mount Jingshan Under Heaven." Under the gentle caress of the warm sun, those few grand characters glowed as if infused with the vitality of life, as if awakening from a distant historical slumber, gently narrating those little-known stories from the long river of years.

到着するや否や、壮大な牌坊が目に入り、その上には、南宋の書道の大家である張即之の蒼勁な筆力を込めた「天下径山」の四文字が刻まれていた。暖かい日差しの優しい愛撫の下で、その幾つかの大字はまるで生命の活力を注ぎ込まれたかのように、輝きを放って、遥かな歴史の眠りから覚めたかのようで、歳月の長河の中であれらのあまり知られていない物語を静かに語っていたかのようであった。

I stood before the memorial archway, with images of the Jing Mountain Temple as depicted in travel magazines flashing through my mind, and felt the rich historical and cultural atmosphere around me, as if I had instantly traveled through time and space and returned to the bygone years.

私は牌坊の前に佇み、頭の中に旅行雑誌に描かれた一幅一幅の径山寺の画面が浮かび上がり、周囲に漂う濃厚な歴史文化の雰囲気を感じ、まるで一瞬で時空を通り抜けて、昔の歳月の中に戻ったかのようであった。

According to legend, Faqin, an eminent monk in the Tang Dynasty, traveled extensively throughout Jingshan Mountain, where he built a thatched hut on the mountaintop, devoting himself wholeheartedly to spiritual practice. As his fame grew day by day, he became a well-known figure both in the imperial court and among the common people. Before long, he received an imperial edict to enter the capital, and was bestowed the title of "National Master Guoyi" by Emperor Daizong. The following year, Master Faqin returned to Jingshan Mountain, and Emperor Daizong issued an imperial decree for the construction of a temple there. From then on, Jingshan Temple ushered in its glorious historical chapter.

During the Southern Song Dynasty, Jingshan Temple experienced further development. Emperor Gaozong built the Longyou Pavilion within the precincts of the temple personally inscribed the plaque with the words "Baoguang"(Treasure Radiance); Emperor Xiaozong also visited the temple in person and wrote the inscription "Jingshan Xingsheng Wanshou Chan Temple" (Jingshan Zen Temple of Prosperity, Holiness, and Longevity). Thus, Jingshan Temple was acclaimed as " the top among the Five Mountains and Ten Monasteries of Zen Buddhism". By the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Kangxi bestowed the name "Xiangyun Chan Temple" (Fragrant Cloud Zen Temple), and Emperor Qianlong personally inscribed a plaque, adding even more to the royal aura of this ancient temple.

南宋時代に、径山寺は更なる発展を遂げた。高宗は寺内に龍遊閣を建て、「宝光」の扁額を親筆した；　孝宗もまた径山寺を親臨して、「径山興聖万寿禅寺」を御書きになった。これにより、径山寺は「禅宗五山十刹の首」と誉められるようになった。清代に至って、康熙帝は「香雲禅寺」の名を賜り、乾隆帝もまた御筆で扁額を題し、この古刹の皇家の気韻をさらに添えた。

Su Shi, a literary giant of the Northern Song Dynasty, paid multiple visits to Jingshan Temple. He not only strongly promoted reforms of Buddhist affairs but also changed the abbot succession system from a "self - succession system" to a "system of selecting virtuous talents from all quarters ", which greatly advanced the development of Jingshan Temple. During this period, Su Shi composed many classic poems, among which the lines "I was once a guest at Jingshan Temple, and to this day, my poetry ink retains the mountain's hues" have been widely recited. The temple precinct still preserves the site of the "Dongpo Inkstone Washing Pool" to this day. In addition, twenty to thirty other literary giants, including Du Mu, Su Shunqin, Su Zhe, Lu You and Fan Chengda have also successively left behind their poetry, prose, and inscriptions here.

北宋の文豪である蘇軾は何度も径山寺を訪れた。彼は仏事改革を力強く推進しただけでなく、住職の継承制度を「自伝制」から「十方選賢制」（各地の徳のある人材を選ぶ制度）へと変え、径山寺の発展を大いに進めた。この期間に、蘇軾は多くの経典的な詩篇を作り、その中で「我が昔径山の客となり、今に至るまで詩筆に山色を留めている」という詩句は広く詠まれている。寺内には今もなお「東坡洗硯池」の遺跡が保存されている。また、杜牧、蘇舜欽、蘇轍、陸遊、范成大などの二三十人の文壇の巨匠も先後してここで詩文や題記を残した。

The Ming Dynasty traveler Xu Xiake meticulously documented the architectural style, natural scenery, and monastic life of Jingshan Temple in his travel notes, providing precious historical materials for posterity; The modern renowned painter Liu Haisu inscribed a plaque with the words "Deliver All from Suffering" at Jingshan Temple, adding a new cultural imprint to the ancient temple.

明代の旅行家である徐霞客はその紀行文の中で、径山寺の建築風貌、自然風光と僧侶の生活を詳しく記載し、後人に貴重な歴史資料を提供した；また、現代の著名な画家である刘海粟は径山寺に「度一切苦厄」（すべての苦しみから解放する）という扁額を揮毫し、古刹に新たな文化的な印跡を加えた。

Jingshan Temple has long enjoyed the reputation of being the "Crown of Zen Temples in Jiangnan" (the regions south of the Yangtze River), with a profound cultural heritage. The origin of the "Tea Banquet" within the temple can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty. According to legend, the monks there often drank tea while discussing Buddhist scriptures, gradually forming a unique "Tea Banquet" culture. Every spring, the tea banquet is an unprecedented grand occasion, attracting numerous monks and guests from far and wide, who gather together to savor tea and discuss Zen Buddhism Dharma. During the Southern Song Dynasty, Enni Ben'yō, the founder of Tofuku-ji Temple in Kyoto, and Nanpo Shomyo, the well-known venerable monk were attracted by its reputation and came to Jingshan Temple to seek Buddhism and comprehend the Way, and brought the tea ceremony rituals and "Tea Banquet" culture back to Japan, which gradually evolved into the Japanese "tea ceremony". Precisely because of this, Jingshan Temple is also renowned in Japan.

径山寺の題字、詩文及び典故は、その文化的な内包を豊かにしたのみならず、後世の人々が古代の文学や芸術を研究するための貴重な資源を提供し、その歴史文化における重要な地位を明らかにした。

Nowadays, these cultural imprints have long been deeply integrated into every corner of Jingshan Temple. As I strolled through it and passed through the mottled-hued memorial archway, a gatehouse with blue bricks and black tiles quietly came into view. Its millennium - old charm lingers leisurely among the flying eaves and upturned corners, just like a silently contemplative elder, standing quietly by the bank of the long river of time, witnessing the long historical changes and the vicissitudes of the mortal world.

今では、これらの文化的な痕跡は、既に径山寺の隅々にまで深く溶け込んでいる。私がその中を漫歩し、その色がまだらになった牌坊を通り抜けたとき、青みがかった煉瓦と黛の瓦の門楼が静かに目に飛び込んできた。その千年の古風が飛檐や翘げた角の間を悠悠と漂い、まるで黙々と思索に耽っている老人のように、時の長河のほとりに静かに佇んで、長い歴史の変遷と俗世の移り変わりを見守っている。

Continuing on my way, I walked slowly into a traditional temple full of ancient charm. Here, rows of buildings with white walls and black tiles are laid out in a staggered yet orderly layout, and the surrounding vegetation is lush and verdant, just like an emerald-green silk ribbon gently winding around them, forming a naturally harmonious and extremely beautiful picture scroll.

前に進み続けて、私はゆっくりと古風の魅力にあふれた伝統的な寺院に足を踏み入れた。ここでは、一棟一棟の白壁黛瓦の建物が整然と錯落して並んでおり、周囲の植物は、鬱蒼としており、まるで一本の翠色の絹のリボンがそれらを軽やかに取り囲んでいるかのように、一幅の自然で調和のとれた絶美な絵巻を構成している。

In the sky, fluffy white clouds are leisurely floating, as light and free as cotton wool, adding a touch of tranquility and peace to this piece of heaven and earth. As I strolled on the temple's path, the gentle breeze brushed the leaves, making "rustling" sounds like the soft whispers between lovers, and reached my ears, making my soul instantly return to peace, as if all the hustle and bustle of the world had drifted away from me at this very moment.

空には、ひとつひとつの白い雲が悠然と漂っていて、綿のように軽やかで自在で、この天地に幾分かの静謐と安らぎを添えている。そして、お寺の小径を散策して、そよ風が木の葉を撫で、『シャサシャ』という音は恋人同士のささやきのようで、耳元に届いたとき、私の心は瞬時に平静になり、まるで世間のすべての喧騒がこの瞬間に私から遠ざかっていくかのようである。

Occasionally, I came across a few devout pilgrims praying. Their focused expressions and solemn demeanor made me deeply feel the power of faith. It was a silent yearning for a better life, and an unwavering pursuit of solace for the soul.

時折、数人の虔誠な香客が祈っている姿に出会った。彼らの集中した表情と荘重な振る舞いは、私に信仰の力を深く感じさせた。それは美しい生活への静かな憧れであり、心の安らぎへのひたむきな追求である。

Leaving the temple behind, a typical Chinese-style courtyard suddenly came into my sight. In front of the courtyard, two tall and evergreen pine trees stand proudly upright like loyal guards, silently guarding the temple complex behind them. The color coordination here is just right, and the layout is exquisite. Every brick, every tile, every blade of grass, and every tree fully showcases the unique charm and profound connotation of ancient Chinese garden art.

お寺を後にして、典型的な中華風の庭園が私の視野に飛び込んできた。庭園の前に、二本の高い常緑の松の木がまるで忠実な衛兵のように傲然と直立し、その背後にある寺の建物群を黙々と見守っている。ここの色彩の組み合わせはちょうどよく、配置は精巧で、一磚一瓦、一草一木すべてが中国古代庭園芸術の独特な魅力と奥深い内包を余すところなく表現している。

Strolling slowly along the meandering path, I felt as if I were immersed in an exquisite landscape painting scroll, involuntarily falling into a state of enchantment, savoring this rare tranquility and beauty to one's heart's content, as if time stood still for this wonderful moment.

曲がりくねった小径に沿ってゆっくり歩くと、まるで一幅の精美な山水の絵巻の中に身を置いているかのように、思わずその中に酔いしれ、この得難い静けさと美しさを心ゆくまで満喫して、まるで時間さえもこの素晴らしい瞬間のために止まっているかのようである。

Then, I walked into a courtyard full of classical charm. The traditional architecture with its blue-gray bricks and gray tiles and the vibrant green plants set each other off and blended harmoniously, resembling a lively ink-wash painting that exudes captivating charm. Unconsciously, my steps became light and gentle, for fear of disturbing this serene beauty. Just then, a few crisp birdcalls pierced the silence, like heavenly music, adding a touch of vitality and sprightliness to this serene courtyard.

続いて、私はまた古典的な趣に満ちた庭園へと足を踏み入れた。その青灰色の煉瓦と灰色の瓦を特徴とする伝統的な建物と生気溢れる緑の植物が相映え、完璧に融合し、まるで躍動感のある水墨画のように、人を魅了する魅力を放っている。知らないうちに、私の足取りは軽く柔らかくなり、この静謐なる美を乱すことを恐れている。その時、いくつかの澄んだ鳥のさえずりが静寂を破り、あたかも天籟の音のごとく、この静寂の庭園に幾分の生気と霊動を添えた。

I shuttled and wandered among pavilions, towers and terraces, as if traversing the layered barriers of time and space, engaging in a spiritual dialogue with the ancients, and deeply feeling the profound vastness and infinite charm of traditional culture.

私は亭台楼阁の間を行き来しながら名残惜しみ、まるで時空の幾重もの隔たりを通り抜け、古人と心の対話を展開したかのようで、伝統文化の博大精深と無限の魅力を深く感じ取った。

Finally, I found myself amidst a tranquil and peaceful natural landscape. In the distance, the undulating mountains resemble a verdant giant dragon, cloaked in a rich tapestry of emerald green, and set against the blue sky and white clouds, appearing exceptionally majestic and magnificent; Nearby, there is an endless expanse of bamboo forest swaying gently in the wind, making a soft "rustling" sound, crisp and pleasant, melodious and harmonious, just like a wonderful composition by nature, the great musician, leaving one utterly enchanted.

最後に、私は静かで和やかな自然の風景の中にたどり着いた。遠くには、連綿と起伏する山脈がまるで青々とした巨竜のように見え、濃厚で鮮やかな翠绿色で覆われており、青空と白雲に引き立てられて、格別に雄大で壮観に見える。一方、近くには、一望無際の竹林が風に揺れ、柔らかな「さらさら」という音を奏で、清らかで耳に心地よく、婉曲で調和がとれており、まるで大自然という偉大な音楽家が作曲した素晴らしい楽章のようで、人を陶酔させてやまない。

I wandered quietly through this poetic and picturesque scenery, fully enjoying this moment of tranquility and relaxation, my heart filled with awe for nature and a deep sense of gratitude.

私は静かにこの詩の如く絵のような美しい景色の中を悠々と散策し、思う存分このひとときの静けさと心地よさを味わっており、心の中は自然への畏敬と深い感謝の気持ちでいっぱいであった。

This brief yet enriching cultural journey was just like a spiritual journey across time and space, which enabled me to further comprehend the Zen realm described by "the mountain's light delights the birds' nature, the pond's reflection empties the human heart." It truly benefited me greatly and has become a brilliant gem in the long river of my memory.

今回の短いながらも豊かな文化の旅は、まるで時空を越えた心の遨遊のようで、私に「山の光は鳥の性を喜ばせ、潭の影は人の心を空かせる。」という禅の境地をさらに深く悟らせてくれた。それは私にとって大変貴重な経験となり、私の記憶の長河の中の一粒の輝かしい宝石になった。
