8);">我们日常生活中所说的风湿麻木,就是医学上所说的风寒湿痹,为行风痹,痛寒痹,着湿痹的合称。见《圣济总录》卷二十,因风寒湿三气杂至,致气血瘀滞,证见身重而痛,四肢拘挛,甚则走住疼痛,或手足麻木等。是外邪侵袭经络,气血闭阻不畅,引起关节、肢体等处出现酸、麻、重及屈伸不利等症状,名为痹症,俗称风湿麻木。就是现代医学诊断的风湿热、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、纤维组织炎及神经痛等。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">中医所讲对症施治,就是处方要对症,用药治疗效果才会好。风寒湿痹,治宜祛风散寒利。风湿疼痛,腰腿疼痛,关节疼痛,手脚麻木,手脚冰凉等等,专门梳理了治风湿药酒的处方,供大家参考。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);"></span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">1,丁公藤风湿药酒</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">配方:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">丁公藤①1000g,桂枝30g,麻黄37.5g,羌活、当归、川芎、白芷、补骨脂、乳香、猪牙皂、苍术、厚朴、香附、木香、白术、山药、莬丝子、小茴香、苦杏仁、泽泻、五灵脂各3g,陈皮13g,积壳20g,黄精8g,蚕沙6g,白酒4250mI。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">治法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">先将丁公藤蒸两小时,然后与桂枝等二十四味药、白酒共置入容器中,密封侵泡40日后过滤即成,浸泡期间加温二至五次,每次使用酒温度达三十五摄氏度。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">功用:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">祛风除湿,消瘀止痛。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">主治:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">风湿痹痛,表现有筯骨,肌肉,关节疼痛,疼痛游走不定,肢体重着,麻木,屈伸不利。一般腰腿痛及跌打损伤亦可应用。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">用法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">口服,每次服10一15mI,日服2一3次,也可外用搽涂患处。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">备注:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">引用《中国药典》,孕妇忌内服,外用时亦忌用于腹部,方中丁公藤有一定毒性,故要掌握腹用量,若发现有中毒现象(症状为汗出不止,四肢麻痹等表现时),一般可用甘草10一15g煎水服,或用蜜糖30一60g冲入开水内服及用温水洗身,便可缓解症状。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">①,丁公藤:别名麻辣子、包公滕,为旋花科植物,丁公藤或干叶丁公藤干澡藤茎全年均可采收,切断或片晒干。性味,味辛。归经:性温,归肝、脾、胃经。主治:用于风湿痹痛,半身不遂,跌扑肿痛。禁忌:本品有强烈的发汗作用,虛弱者慎用,孕妇禁用。用法用量:3一6g,用于配制酒济,内服或外搽。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">2,海桐皮酒</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">配方:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">海桐皮、牛膝、积壳、杜仲、防风、独活、五加皮①各60g,生地黄75g,白术15g,薏苡仁30g,白酒1500mI。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">制法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">将前10位捣碎,和匀,入布袋,置容器中,加入白酒,密封,浸泡7日后,过滤去渣,即成。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">功用:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">怯风利湿,补肾健脾。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">主治:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">湿脾,手足弱,筋脉挛,肢节疼痛无力,不能行履并亦服之。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">用法:</span></p><p 1);">①,追地风:又名地枫皮、钻地风、南宁地枫皮、地风,为木兰科八角茴香属植物地枫皮的干燥树皮。春、秋二季剥取,晒干或低温干燥。归经:归膀胱,肾经。性味:微辛、涩、温,有小毒。功能主治:法风除湿,行气止痛。用于风湿痹痛,腰肌劳损。用法用量:6一9g。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><span color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">络石藤30g,秦艽、伸筋草、路路通各20g,高梁酒300ml。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">制法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; 1);">络石藤:别名:“络石、悬石、云丹、云英。为夹竹桃科植物络石的干燥带叶藤茎,冬季至次春采割,除去杂质、晒干。性味:味苦,性微寒。归经:心、肝、肾经。功能:有怯风通络,凉血消肿的功效。主治:用于风湿热痹,筋脉拘挛,腰膝酸痛,喉痹,跌扑损伤。用法用量:6一12g,外用鲜品适量,捣敷患处。禁忌:阴脏人畏寒,易泄者勿服。</span></p><p 1);">玉竹48g,神曲36g,牛膝、白术各18g,桑寄生15g,蚕沙、防风、川芎各12g,木瓜、当归、红花各9g,羌活、独活、川续断、甘草各6g,鹿角胶、蟞中胶各3g,白酒5625mI,冰糖1000g。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">制法:</span></p><p 1);">①,防风:别名铜芸、回云、回草、百枝、百种。为伞形科植物防风的干燥根,春、秋二季采挖末抽花茎植株的根,除去须根及沙泥,晒干。性味:辛、甘、温。归经:归膀胱、肝、脾经。功效:解表怯风,胜湿,止痉。主治:用于感冒头痛,风湿痹痛,风疹瘙痒,破伤风。用法用量:内服,煎汤,5一10克。外用,适量,煎水熏洗。禁忌:阴血亏虚,热病动风者不宜使用;血虚发痉,阴虚火旺者慎用。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">大豆(炒熟)100g,制附子16g,积实、泽泻、陈皮、茯苓、防风各20g,米酒1000mI。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">制法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">将大豆用米酒加水1000mI煮煎至1500mI,置容器中,再将后6位捣碎入容器中,同煎(隔水煮)至沸。密封,浸泡3一5日后,过滤去渣,即成。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span 1);">引自《柳森可用方》,临床临证多效。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">9,三蛇酒</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">配方:乌梢蛇1500g,大白花蛇200g,蝮蛇200g,生地黄500g,冰糖5000g,白酒100L。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">制法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">将三蛇去头,用酒洗净,切成短段干燥;生地黄洗净,切碎备用;冰糖置锅中,加入适量的水置火上加热熔化,待糖汁至黄色时,趁热用一层沙布过滤去渣备用;将白布装入坛内,再加三蛇、生地黄放入酒中,加盖密封,每日搅拌1次,浸泡10一15日后开坛过滤,加入冰糖汁,充分搅拌,再过滤一次,即可服用。</span></p><p 1);">风寒湿痹,筋骨疼痛,关节屈形,肢体麻木之痹症,屈身不利及半身不遂,跌打损伤之瘀肿,疼痛;风寒入络之抽搐,惊瘚等症。亦适用于骨结核,中风后遗症。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">用法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span 1);">天麻、牛膝、制附子、杜仲各60g,白酒1500mI。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">制法:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">11,木瓜酒速溶济</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">配方:</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">木瓜1875g,桑枝25Kg,川芎、天麻、甘松各6250g,桑寄生16.25Kg,当归、川续断、红花各12.5Kg,怀牛膝、制狗脊18.75Kg,生玉竹31.25Kg,50%乙醇、蔗糖各适量。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:22px; color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">制法:</span></p><p
