color:rgb(255, 138, 0);">历史沿革</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:15px; color:rgb(255, 138, 0);">1990年5月10日上午，甘肃画院院址落成典礼暨画院挂牌仪式在甘肃画院大厅举行。常书鸿先生及夫人专程由京赴兰州参加了落成典礼。著名国画家、全国政协委员黄胄及我国老一辈油画家、敦煌学专家、全国政协委员常书鸿担任了画院的名誉院长。中国著名画家、原中国画研究院院长李可染先生题写“甘肃画院”院名。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(255, 138, 0);
