Induction cooker, also known as induction cooker, is the product of the modern kitchen revolution, it does not need open fire or conductive heating and let the heat directly in the bottom of the pot, so the thermal efficiency has been greatly improved. It is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving cabinet, which is completely different from all traditional cooking utensils with fire or without fire conduction. Induction cooker is an electric cooking appliance made of electromagnetic induction heating principle. It is composed of high frequency induction heating coil (i.e. excitation coil), high frequency power conversion device, controller and ferromagnetic material bottom cooker. When used, an alternating current is passed into the heating coil, and an alternating magnetic field is generated around the coil, and the magnetic field line of the alternating magnetic field mostly passes through the metal pot body, producing a large number of eddy currents in the bottom of the pot, thus generating the heat required for cooking. There is no open flame during the heating process, so it is safe and sanitary.
