I had to decide whether to set down and slip, and which tree branch or patch of grass to hold onto for support. I concentrated fully on the track, giving it 100% of my attention unless Scott called out, </p><p class="ql-block">“It's time for a water 💦 break."</p><p class="ql-block">"Wei, have a look."</p><p class="ql-block">"Listen," he said.</p><p class="ql-block"> I listened carefully to the birds singing. Some sounds I couldn't hear, but Scott could. He has much better hearing than I do. For example, one type of bird 🦅 made<span style="color:rgb(21, 100, 250);"> high-decibel sounds</span> that Scott could hear, but I couldn't.</p><p class="ql-block">"Scott, do you have<span style="color:rgb(57, 181, 74);"> any weaknesses</span>?" They covered all the details of the 6-day trek to ensure our comfort and enjoyment while also designing a challenging program for us to complete, which included 66 km, plus an additional 9 km. They did not count Day 3 as a rest day, so everyone hiked that day.
