font-size:20px;"> 以前只知道这位族兄在正月里闹秧歌时，当艄公是一把好手，未料到只是初中毕业、文化水平不高的永全兄还会编顺口溜，并用这种形式来鼓舞动员群众，确实令人刮目相看。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 由于用老百姓喜闻乐见的这种形式宣传发动，说的又都是大实话，村民很容易接受，为此工作进展很顺利，修路基本上没有遇到阻力。在没有上级资助的情况下，长峪村依靠村民义务投工，不到二年就修通了七道梁上的45华里盘山路，使车能开到地头，大大方便了村民种地，也增加了全村农民种地的积极性，扩大了种地面积。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);
