On the 11th of January, 2025, the English Winter Camp cooperated by Sunrise Education and Changbin Primary School kicked off.

2025年1月11日，由新阳教育和长滨小学合作的英语冬令营拉开帷幕。

Why do we run the Winter Camp?

1. Train the English teachers through practice.
2. Stimulate the students' interest in English learning.
3. Cultivate the students' reading ability.

我们为什么要开展本次冬令营？

1. 通过实践来培训英语教师。
2. 激发学生对英语学习的兴趣。
3. 培养学生的短文认读能力。

What are the main problems to be solved in the winter camp?

1. The problem of inconsistency of learning, teaching and assessment
2. Students' lack of interest and enthusiasm for English teaching
3. Teaching based upon short passages

冬令营要解决的主要问题是什么？

1. 学教评不一致的问题
2. 学生对英语学习缺乏兴趣和热情
3. 基于短文的教学方法

Focus on the integration of learning, teaching and evaluation. On the first day, The winter camp conducts interviews in English for all the campers, which is also a diagnostic evaluation.

本次冬令营聚焦学教评一体化的实操。第一天，冬令营对所有营员进行英语面试，这也是诊断性评价。

For short passage reading and understanding, the winter camp implements the activity of passing each passage per day for all the students. This is also a formative evaluation.

对于短文认读，冬令营为所有学生实施每天语篇认读过关的活动。这也是形成性评价。

Through the examination of the training items and the collective display of the class, each student got the completion certificate. This is also a summative evaluation.

通过对培训项目的检查和班级的集体展示，每个学生都获得了结业证书。这也是项目的终结性评价。

How do we arouse the students’ interests in English learning?

1. Carry out lively and varied activities，like English short plays, English sports meeting, all kinds of competitions and so on.
2. Inspire the students to be active and brave.
3. Adopt positive evaluations.

我们如何唤起学生对英语学习的兴趣？

1. 开展生动多样的活动，如英语短剧、英语运动会、各种比赛。
2. 激励学生变得积极和勇敢。
3. 采用积极的评价。
