<p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">杏仁饼</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b>材料:</b></p><p class="ql-block">80g杏仁粉、</p><p class="ql-block">75g普通面粉、</p><p class="ql-block">5g玉米粉</p><p class="ql-block">25g糖粉</p><p class="ql-block">1/8小匙盐</p><p class="ql-block">50克粟米油</p><p class="ql-block">1小匙香草精</p><p class="ql-block">1个蛋黄+1小匙水(刷面)</p><p class="ql-block">杏仁片(装饰用)</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">Almond cake </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">Material: </b></p><p class="ql-block">80g almond flour, </p><p class="ql-block">75g of common flour, </p><p class="ql-block">5g corn flour </p><p class="ql-block">25 G powdered sugar </p><p class="ql-block">1/8 TSP salt </p><p class="ql-block">50g corn oil </p><p class="ql-block">1 TSP vanilla extract </p><p class="ql-block">1 egg yolk + 1 TSP water (brush) </p><p class="ql-block">Almond slices (for decoration)</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">做法:</b></p><p class="ql-block">1.在碗中筛入面粉、杏仁粉,糖粉和玉米粉,搅匀。</p><p class="ql-block">2.加入油和香草精,慢慢一点一点加入油,直到可以捏成团(觉得面团太松散的话就多加一点油)</p><p class="ql-block">3.将面团搓成小球,每粒7g排放在已铺了不粘的烘焙纸上,然后涂上蛋液,放上一个杏仁片即可。</p><p class="ql-block">4.预热烤箱至170C。</p><p class="ql-block">5.烘烤12-15分钟或直到浅金黄色。</p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">Practice: </b></p><p class="ql-block">1. In a bowl, sift in the flour, almond flour, icing sugar and cornmeal and mix well. </p><p class="ql-block">2. Add the oil and vanilla extract and slowly add the oil little by little until you can form a ball (add a little more oil if the dough is too loose). </p><p class="ql-block">3. Roll the dough into small balls, arrange each 7 G on the non-stick baking paper, then coat with the egg mixture, and put an almond slice on it. </p><p class="ql-block">4. Preheat the oven to 170C. </p><p class="ql-block">5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.</p>
