一般现在时用于描述经常发生的动作、习惯、事实、普遍真理等，运用它进行简单英语写作。

描述日常习惯：

选用合适主语：主语通常是第一人称（I、we）、第二人称（you），以及第三人称复数（they、students 等）。例如，以 “I” 为主语，“I get up at six o'clock every morning.”（我每天早上六点起床 ），清晰直白地说出个人日常起床时间这个习惯。要是描述一群人的习惯，用 “They”，“They often play basketball after school.”（他们放学后经常打篮球 ）。

搭配频率副词：频率副词能精准展现动作发生的频繁程度，让日常习惯更具体。像 “always”（总是）、“usually”（通常）、“often”（经常）、“ sometimes”（有时）、“seldom”（很少）、“never”（从不） ，例如 “I usually have bread and milk for breakfast.”（我早餐通常吃面包和牛奶 ） 。

阐述客观事实：

自然科学现象：描述自然规律、科学原理时，句子主语往往是第三人称单数形式的事物，谓语动词要加 “-s” 或 “-es”。比如 “The earth moves around the sun.”（地球围绕太阳转 ），这是客观存在、亘古不变的科学事实，用一般现在时恰到好处。再如 “Water boils at 100 degrees Celsius.”（水在 100 摄氏度沸腾 ）。

普遍社会现象：对于普遍存在的社会行为、状态，常用一般现在时。“People use mobile phones to communicate with each other.”（人们用手机互相交流 ），点明当下大众普遍的交流方式这一现实情况。

介绍个人喜好：

表明喜好动词：用 “like”“love”“enjoy”“prefer” 等动词，后接动名词或者名词，表达自己对某事的喜爱偏好。例如 “I like reading books in my free time.”（我闲暇时喜欢读书 ）；要是两者对比下的偏好，就用 “prefer”，“I prefer tea to coffee.”（比起咖啡，我更喜欢茶 ） 。

分享兴趣活动：详细说说喜欢做的事，“My hobby is painting. I paint beautiful landscapes.”（我的爱好是绘画，我画美丽的风景画 ），前半句用 be 动词一般现在时表明爱好是什么，后半句进一步描述相关日常绘画行为。

撰写人物简介：

基本信息描述：介绍人物的年龄、职业等基本信息，“My father is a doctor. He works in a big hospital.”（我的父亲是一名医生，他在一家大医院工作 ），前句用 be 动词说明职业，后句描述工作地点的工作日常。

性格特点刻画：通过一般现在时的动词和形容词，勾勒人物性格，“She is very kind. She always helps her neighbors.”（她非常善良，她总是帮助邻居 ），先给性格定性，再用日常助人行为佐证。

编写简单故事或日记：

设定故事背景：故事开头用一般现在时搭建场景、介绍背景元素，“It is a sunny day. The birds are singing in the trees.”（这是一个阳光明媚的日子，鸟儿在树上歌唱 ），烘托氛围，给后续情节做铺垫。

3.上学日常

My School Day

4.周末日常

My Weekend

I really enjoy my weekends. On Saturday morning, I usually sleep in a bit. After getting up, I have a big breakfast. Then, I either clean my room or help my 父母 with housework.

In the afternoon, I often go out. If the weather is nice, I'll go to the park to play football or just take a walk. Sometimes, I go to the cinema with my friends.

On Sunday, I spend most of the day studying. I review what I've learned during the week and prepare for the coming week. But I also leave some 时间 for my hobbies, like listening to music or painting.
