1928年在井冈山战争时期毛泽东，朱德，红军高级将领彭德怀率领红五军与红四军在井冈山带着伤兵到神山村周山安顿，彭德怀带领士兵在这里训练，开办造纸厂，伤员在赖家祠堂内用赖氏祖传中医疗伤（赖章达与赖文华开办红军医院，救死扶伤，赖氏后裔们人称大爷与三爷，二人有着传奇故事和历史贡献。其中，大爷的爱人是袁文才的同胞姐姐。另外我军在茅坪驻扎期间，有次朱总司令生病，彭德怀司令陪同朱总专程到周山寻求赖章达冶病，解放后政府官方认可二人的功绩，均在医院安排了工作） style="font-size:20px;">神山村竹海碧浪，竹林起到了极大的掩护作用。</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="font-size:20px;">清末年间，赖氏曾出过几位文举人，其中，赖尊立考取文状元， 皇帝赐旨了棋杆石。</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="font-size:20px;">1928年-1929年一月革命战争时期，赖氏参加过黄洋界保卫战，为包括黄洋界保卫战在内的井冈山斗争作出了重要的贡献。 </b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="font-size:20px;">穿越近百年，坚韧的烛火未曾熄灭，这盏烛火犹如指引般历经千辛在中华大地燎原，历经万难将贫困从根子里拔除。</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b 在井冈山革命摇篮的共和国奠基石神山村周山组，赖氏原有颍川堂祠堂曾在1989年初因年久失修受损又遭受连续暴雨袭击而倒塌。后经理事会商仪，决定原址重建赖氏颖川堂宗祠，建筑面积共计238平方米，经初步核算，重修宗祠及其配套设施需50万元。由于周山村本氏人口仅82人，生活并不宽裕，无法独立完成祠堂重建，需要大家慷慨解囊，鼎力支持。</b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align:center;"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 2023年，祠堂重建理事会号召周山本族男丁每人募捐1000元，女儿嫁与未嫁均捐款500元。筹得初步款项后，于当年8月开始动工兴建，所幸现已基本完成主体建设，但因后续资金不足而被迫停工。</b></p><p class="ql-block"
