　　张祥志，世界文化名人，第7届世界文化交流伟大贡献奖得主，世界文化大使勋章获得者，世界著名诗人，男，1956年生，土家族，中国湖北省宣恩县人。大学专科，中共党员，贸易经济师。曾任李家河公社团委书记、共青团宣恩县委常委，李家河公社党委纪检委员，中共宣恩县纪律检查委员会常委，中共宣恩县委整党办公室纪检组长，宣恩县劳动和社会保障局副局长兼县劳动就业管理局局长，宣恩县安全生产委员会副主任，宣恩县总工会常委，宣恩县人力资源和社会保障局主任科员，晋升为县处级副职。现为世界华人华侨艺术家联合会、中华诗词学会、中华当代文学学会、中国诗词家协会、中国楹联学会、湖北省中华诗词学会、湖北省楹联学会、恩施土家族苗族自治州诗词楹联学会、宣恩县诗词楹联学会会员。中国传统文化诗书画协会理事，中国诗词家协会理事、中华诗词创作研究院理亊、中国名家诗书画院院士、特聘“第二届中国文艺至尊奖”评委副主席、受聘“法兰西皇家画院院士”、瑞典皇家画院“外籍终身院士”兼“名誉教授”、“东京国家文化研究院名誉院长”、受聘“中国文人研究院名誉院长”、受聘“法国皇家艺术学院外籍名誉院长”、北京润格艺术品鉴定中心“首席评估鉴定顾问”、受聘“圣彼得堡艺术研究院院士”，湖北省中华诗词学会理事、湖北省楹联学会原理事、恩施土家族苗族自治州诗词楹联学会理事、宣恩县诗词楹联学会原副会长兼秘书长。2002年8月被国际名人交流中心授予世界知名人士，2003年经中共恩施州委领导审定，入选百年清江人物。

　　Zhang Xiangzhi, a world-renowned cultural figure, winner of the 7th World Cultural Exchange Great Contribution Award, recipient of the World Cultural Ambassador Medal, world-renowned poet, male, born in 1956, Tujia ethnic group, from Xuan'en County, Hubei Province, China.
