Now, let's look back on a week full of laughter and growth.</p> 准备好的环境 <p class="ql-block"> 在孩子们到来之前，我们的园丁便开始忙碌着<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">将教室打扫干净</span>，布置上崭新的班级互动墙饰。值日生榜、区角标志、班级作品区……教室的每一个角落都<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">等待着孩子们用成长的印记来点亮</span>。</p><p class="ql-block">Before the children arrived, our teacher was busy cleaning up and decorating the classroom. </p><p class="ql-block">Every corner of the classroom is waiting for the children to light up with the mark of growth.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 新学期我们在已有的七大功能教室基础之上，增添了<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">蒙氏操作区和英文绘本阅读区</span>，投放感官与数学教具、英文经典绘本书籍各百余种。同时填充了烘焙教室、科学教室、美术教室以及室内运动的器械材料。</p><p class="ql-block">This semester, we have added Montessori area and English reading area, and put more than 100 kinds of sensory and mathematics teaching aids and English story books. At the same time, it is filled with new materials for baking room, science room, art room and indoor sports.</p> 准备好的课程 <p class="ql-block"> 这一周，我们分别召开了语言、思维、艺术、自然、蒙氏操作、外教体能等<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">各课程组的教研</span>，为本学期教育教学的计划与实施做了好了充分的准备。尤其是关于外教体适能活动，我们特意请到了<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">小学的外教 PE老师，共同探讨幼儿基础动作的发展规律和训练技巧</span>。</p><p class="ql-block">This week, we held several teaching seminars for different subjects，made full preparations for teaching this semester. We specially invited PE, a foreign teacher from primary school, to discuss the development rules and training skills of children's basic movements.</p> 准备好的幼儿 <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 新的教室环境、新朋友、新玩具、新的班级规则</span>……一切对孩子们来说有一些陌生、有一些新奇，也充满了挑战。</p><p class="ql-block"> 这一周的时间，老师带着大家<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">探索、感受、大胆尝试</span>，相信孩子们有能力在接下来的幼儿园生活里解锁这些新的技能和乐趣。</p><p class="ql-block">New classroom environment, new friends, new toys, new class rules. Everything is strange, novel and challenging for children.</p><p class="ql-block">During this week, our teacher takes everyone to explore, feel and try boldly, believing that the children will be able to unlock these new skills and fun in kindergarten.</p> 准备好的家长园地 <p class="ql-block"> 家园共育对有效实施教育策略、促进幼儿健康成长有至关重要的作用。一直以来，<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">家园联系栏</span>也是我们很重要的教育阵地。</p><p class="ql-block"> 本学期我们成立了四个新小班，不但对每个孩子做了<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">一对一访谈记录</span>，还通过一周的<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">温和过渡</span>让幼儿园和小朋友以及家长们都产生了链接。通过及时的<span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">微信反馈</span>，我们掌握了孩子和家长的适应情况，在接下来的日子里我们便能更好地与家长携手，让孩子们慢慢融入到集体生活中，实现跨出家门、走向独立的第一步！</p><p class="ql-block">Home co-education plays a vital role in effectively implementing educational strategies and promoting the healthy growth of young children. All along, the Home contact Bar is also a very important educational position for us.This semester, we set up four new small classes, which not only recorded one-on-one interviews with each child, but also made links between kindergarten and children as well as parents through a week of mild transition.
