福建师范大学第二届数学基础教育高质量发展论坛成功举办
福建师范大学第二届数学基础教育高质量发展论坛于6月14日在旗山校区宏达厅成功举行。福建师范大学校长王长平,国家督学、福建省委教育工委、省教育厅原副厅长、一级巡视员、德旺基础教育研究院院长李迅,北京师范大学二级教授、博士生导师、《数学通报》主编保继光出席开幕式并作主旨报告。来自福建省内各地市教研机构、教学实践合作单位代表、校内师生代表共计170余人参加了活动。
王长平在致辞中指出,建设教育强国,基点在基础教育。党的二十大报告对“实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑”作出了专章部署,提出办好人民满意教育的总体要求和战略部署,为基础教育改革发展指明了方向。福建师范大学将坚持深入贯彻党中央重大决策部署,认真落实立德树人根本任务,深化协同育人,积极推进教育教学改革,探索适应新时代的教育教学模式,努力打造符合新时代要求、彰显学校特色的“新师范”教育品牌,为我国拔尖创新人才培养和基础教育高质量发展贡献智慧和力量。
李迅表示,培养和造就一大批拔尖创新人才是新时代综合国力竞争的重要课题。数学教育要做到培根铸魂、启智润心,充分激发青少年的好奇心、想象力、探求欲,培养学生数学思维能力。希望以举办本次数学基础教育高质量发展论坛为契机,推进数学拔尖创新人才培养在价值链、方法论、资源库和课程教学体系等方面自主创新,融合优秀教育资源,深化交流合作,进一步推动高等教育与基础教育协同发展和实现数学教育高质量发展。
保继光表示,基础研究是科技创新的源头,数学作为基础学科的重要性越发凸显。一线教师要扩大眼界和提升素养,重视概念的逻辑教学,注重培养学生创新意识、创新能力和理性思维。要打通大学、中学、小学的课程体系,打造大中小学一体化的数学拔尖创新人才培养模式,推进培养更多数学拔尖创新人才,为我国解决“卡脖子”技术问题,推进重大科技、重大应用研究,基础学科和应用学科交叉融合研究贡献数学学科力量。
开幕式上,进行了拔尖创新人才培养博士后工作站—福建师大附属中学站授牌、学科教学(数学)专业学位研究生行业导师、《福建中学数学》客座编委敦聘等仪式。
开幕式后,进入到主旨报告环节。李迅教授以《数学教师的三扇门》为题、王长平教授以《数学思维与拔尖人才培养》为题、保继光教授以《数学高考的改革趋势与案例分析》为题为大会作报告。三个主报告紧紧围绕数学拔尖创新人才小中大学一体化贯通培养,为新时代数学基础教育发展和拔尖创新人才培养支招献策,立足时代前沿、各有侧重、精彩纷呈,与会师生受益匪浅。
在研讨交流阶段,与会教师围绕“构建大中小学一体化的数学拔尖创新人才培养模式,协同推进基础教育高质量发展”进行了交流探讨。泉州教育科学研究院长汤向明、福州第一中学副校长苏健、厦门双十副校长黄雄、泉州第五中学校长张海峰、宁德一中校长王神华、福建师范大学数学与统计学院教授陈清华分别在会上作交流发言。
本次论坛专家齐聚一堂,围绕数学基础教育高质量发展主题,开展思想交流和智慧碰撞,共享学术创见和研究成果,为推进大中小学一体化贯通培养拔尖创新人才带来新的思路和启示,必将有助于推进数学基础教育高质量发展。

2009年,为了回应“钱学森之问”——为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出的人才,教育部联合中组部、财政部启动基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划。先行的有清华的“钱班”“姚班”。这是从1978年中国科技大学创建第一个“少年班”,到2020年,教育部启动“强基计划”,提出以“一流大学”建设高校为试点,选拔有志于从事基础科学研究的拔尖学生进行专门培养,为国家重大战略领域输送人才,我国探索改革高校学术英才培养已有46年。近两个月来,武汉大学“雷军班”、清华“巅班”和复旦“相辉学堂”等招生计划陆续引起热议,也让人们开始关注各个高校的“创新班”“尖子班”。

开幕式上,进行了拔尖创新人才培养博士后工作站—福建师大附属中学站授牌、学科教学(数学)专业学位研究生行业导师、《福建中学数学》客座编委敦聘等仪式。
开幕式后,进入到主旨报告环节。李迅教授以《数学教师的三扇门》为题、王长平教授以《数学思维与拔尖人才培养》为题、保继光教授以《数学高考的改革趋势与案例分析》为题为大会作报告。三个主报告紧紧围绕数学拔尖创新人才小中大学一体化贯通培养,为新时代数学基础教育发展和拔尖创新人才培养支招献策,立足时代前沿、各有侧重、精彩纷呈,与会师生受益匪浅。
在研讨交流阶段,与会教师围绕“构建大中小学一体化的数学拔尖创新人才培养模式,协同推进基础教育高质量发展”进行了交流探讨。泉州教育科学研究院长汤向明、福州第一中学副校长苏健、厦门双十副校长黄雄、泉州第五中学校长张海峰、宁德一中校长王神华、福建师范大学数学与统计学院教授陈清华分别在会上作交流发言。
本次论坛专家齐聚一堂,围绕数学基础教育高质量发展主题,开展思想交流和智慧碰撞,共享学术创见和研究成果,为推进大中小学一体化贯通培养拔尖创新人才带来新的思路和启示,必将有助于推进数学基础教育高质量发展。

我们作为老师,最幸福的莫过于能够拥天下英才而教之! 2009年,为了回应“钱学森之问”——为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出的人才,教育部联合中组部、财政部启动基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划。先行的有清华的“钱班”“姚班”。这是从1978年中国科技大学创建第一个“少年班”,到2020年,教育部启动“强基计划”,提出以“一流大学”建设高校为试点,选拔有志于从事基础科学研究的拔尖学生进行专门培养,为国家重大战略领域输送人才,我国探索改革高校学术英才培养已有46年。近两个月来,武汉大学“雷军班”、清华“巅班”和复旦“相辉学堂”等招生计划陆续引起热议,也让人们开始关注各个高校的“创新班”“尖子班”。

我劝天公重抖擞,不拘一格降人才!
