Chinese Culture To deepen the spirit of the 20th National Congress and further implement the spirit of the Party Central Committee's program for patriotic education in the new era, we aim to promote patriotic education through "integration into classrooms, textbooks, and minds." We endeavor to tell Chinese stories with passion, effectively helping students cultivate a sense of national identity; establish a global perspective, strengthen cultural confidence, and focus on nurturing a new generation capable of undertaking the great task of national rejuvenation, presenting to the world a credible, adorable, and respectable image of China. In response to this call, our school has decided to organize an exhibition themed "Telling Chinese Stories Well in English."为了深化'二十大'精神，进一步落实党中央关于新时代爱国主义教育的实施方案的精神，推动爱国主义教育通过'进课堂、进教材、进头脑'，用情讲好中国故事，切实帮助学生涵养家国情怀；树立国际视野，坚定文化自信，着力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人，向世界展现可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象，为了响应号召，我校决定举办——“用英语讲好中国故事”主题展览。 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈On June 21st, the Senior Two Division of Wen County No.1 High School held a speech competition themed "Telling Chinese Stories in English". The purpose of this competition was to promote Chinese culture and cultivate students' cultural confidence and international perspectives through storytelling.6月21日，文县一中高二级部举办了一场主题为“用英语讲中国故事”的演讲比赛。这场比赛旨在通过讲述中国故事，弘扬中华文化，培养学生的文化自信和国际视野。 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈At the event, the contestants told vivid Chinese stories in fluent English, such as "The Blind Men and the Elephant", "Qixi Festival", "Tea Culture", "Mogao Caves", as well as some folk tales and historical stories. With full enthusiasm, lively language, and rich expressiveness, they vividly showcased the charm of Chinese stories. 在比赛中，选手们用流利的英语生动地讲述了“盲人摸象”“七夕节”“茶文化”“莫高窟”以及一些民间传说和历史故事等，以饱满的热情、生动的语言、丰富的表现力生动地展示了中国故事的魅力。 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈Scoring criteria: The scoring system is based on 100 points. The speech is evaluated based on the following five criteria: content (30 points), language (35 points), body language and facial expressions (20 points), appearance (10 points), and speaking time (5 points). The total score is 100 points. The judges strictly follow these standards to score the contestants.评分标准: 评分采取100分制。演讲按照内容（30分）、语言表达（35分）、态势神情（20分）、仪表形象（10分）、演讲时间（5分）五个项目进行，共100分。评委们严格按照上述标准给参赛选手们打分。 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈During the competition, students from the Senior Two Division actively participated, showcasing their passion for Chinese culture and enthusiasm for learning English.
