color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 1）热爱祖国，热愛人民；热爱团队，热爱集体；爱惜维护团队声誉。讲文明懂礼貌，讲政治重和谐；提倡正能量，相互尊重团结包容；要仪容整洁，举止得体；表里如一，作风正派。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 2）遵守各项规章制度，服从领导服从管理，尊重指挥和指导老师。排练中不说话、不接话、不抢话，准确按照曲谱和指挥要求演唱，保持良好排练秩序。参加演出时要服从领导的指挥和调度，遵守演出场地相关规定和要求，言谈行为举止文明，不做有违公共道德的事情。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 3）虚心学习，认真训练；团友之间相互切磋，取长补短；要不断提高综合素质和声乐技能，不断提高文化素养、音乐素养、艺术修养和演唱水平。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 4）按时参加排练，准时参加演出，不迟到，不早退，因故不能参加排练或演出时要事先请假。为保证演出质量，对多次不参加排练，或无法参加演出前排练的团员，须经团长批准才能参加演出。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 5）不在排练室内吸烟，不大声打闹喧哗，不随地吐啖，不乱扔拉圾纸屑，排练结束后要整理清扫排练场地，保持排练环境安靜整洁。排练时要关闭手机或调至靜音。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 6） 对长期不参加团内各项活动及排练演出者；屡次违犯规章制度经批评教育仍不改正者；破坏团结、挑拨离间、无事生非者；造成团内外重大负面事件者；团领导可根据情节给予警告、劝退、除名等处分。</b></p> <p><br></p>
