儿童青少年身心健康,事关亿万家庭和谐幸福,更事关国家民族发展大计。近年来,我国儿童青少年近视呈现出高发、低龄化趋势,严重影响孩子们的身心健康。家庭作为孩子近视防控的第一道防线,家长对孩子的视力健康要树立“早监测、早发现、早预警、早干预”的防控意识,切实负担起监管责任。
一、改善孩子的学习环境
孩子读书写字时要有充足的光线,光线过强或过暗都会给眼睛带来不良影响,应避免在阳光直射下阅读和使用电子产品,建议把孩子书桌设置在窗边,白天学习时可以照进更多自然光,室内光线不足时,打开房间顶灯和台灯双光源辅助照明,台灯建议选择符合国家AA标准的全光谱护眼灯。台灯放置在写字手对侧前方,光源略低于眼睛高度。
二、引导孩子参加户外锻炼
家庭要营造良好的体育运动氛围,积极引导孩子进行户外阳光下的锻炼,使孩子每天接触户外自然光的时间不少于2小时。每周累计不少于14小时。户外活动可间歇进行,增加户外活动次数,保障户外活动时长。
三、控制孩子使用电子产品时间
家长要多陪伴孩子,有意识地控制孩子使用电子产品,非学习目的的电子产品使用单次不超过15分钟,每天累计不超过1小时。使用电脑时,眼睛距离屏幕不少于50厘米(约一臂远),看电视或投影仪时,眼睛距离屏幕3米以上。长时间使用电子产品容易产生眼睛干涩、视疲劳等不适,可通过闭目、远眺(6米外20秒以上)、正确做眼保健操等方式,让眼睛得到充分休息。
四、教育孩子注意用眼卫生
家长要教育孩子不在走路、吃饭、卧床、晃动的车厢内、光线暗弱或阳光直射等情况下看书或使用电子产品。监督并随时纠正孩子不良读书姿势和写字姿势,坚持“三个一原则”(即眼晴离书本一尺,胸口离桌沿一拳,握笔的手指离笔尖一寸),读写连续用眼时间不宜超过40分钟。
五、保证孩子睡眠和营养
家长要保障孩子睡眠时间,确保小学生每天睡眠10个小时、初中9个小时、高中8个小时。建议食谱多样化,营养均衡,教导孩子不挑食、不偏食,多吃蔬菜和水果,适量摄入鱼类、豆制品和鸡蛋等优质蛋白,适量食用有益眼睛发育的食物,如胡萝卜等。
