Today we are going to make pork and</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> carrot filling dumplings.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· First , chop the meat , scallions , and</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> ginger into small pieces.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">· Next, cut the carrot into small pieces.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">· Then add an appropriate amount of</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> salt sauce and oil wine. </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Then mix all the materials together.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">· Now it's time to make the dumpling</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> wrappers.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· First , we need to sprinkle some flour</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> on cutting board.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Now, let's take out the dough and use a</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> knife to cut the dough in half.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Knead and roll the dough into a long</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> strip , and make sure the thickness is</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> even.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Next, cut the dough into even pieces</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> with a knife and dust some flour on</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> them.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Roll it out into a thin round wrapper</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> with a rolling pin.</p> <p class="ql-block">· Take a wrapper and put it in one hand</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> and cup your hand into the shape of a</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> small bowl.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Scoop some filling and put it in the</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> center of the wrapper and press it </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> down gently to make sure the filling</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> stays in the center.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> middle together.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· And then from one end to the other.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Put the dumplings on a chopping </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> board sprinkled with flour.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block">· Now, put the pot on the stove , turnon</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">the gas and bring it to a boil. </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· When the water boils , we can put in</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> the dumplings.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· As soon as the dumplings go into the</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> water , we need to stir with the back</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> side of the ladle immediately and make</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> the dumplings swirl in the water.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· When the boiling water is about to over</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">flow, we need to add some cold water</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· Usually, the dumplings are fully </p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">cookedafter three boils.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· The rule says : boil three times for</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> dumplings and two times for noodles.</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">· When all the dumplings are floating</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> on the water , it means they are fully</p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"> cooked.</p>
