<p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">在欢度龙年春节之际，迎来了［情感领域美友之家］美友圈上线2周年庆典日。2年来，身在其中的我，因缘而聚，因情而暖，让我更喜欢这个与众不同的美友圈，倍加珍惜。</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">2022年1月24日，情感领域负责人卷毛老师拉我加入“美篇情感领域官方群”，成为“美篇情感领域官方群”第268位群员。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">随着时间的推移，这个上线时仅有280人的美友圈，让我刮目相看，至2024年2月16日圈友增至19000多人；一个上线后四个多月就被美篇官方命名为“优秀美友圈”的美友圈，连续两年获得美篇“卓越管理团队”荣誉称号。</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px;">美友圈因缘而聚，让我遇上了一位“不收学费”诲人不倦的主持人。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">2年来，我深切感受【情感领域美友之家】美友圈是一个重在对情感领域作品进行学习、交流、提高的场所。这里有亲力亲为的主持人老师和热情的管理团队，有卓越的评论团队，有谦逊互助的探讨氛围，美友圈一年四季丰富多彩的活动，总会让我流连忘返。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">特别让我受益匪浅的是，主持人缘份星空老师手把手教我修改文章，改变了我“一发布就完事”的习惯。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">那是2022年5月，美篇开展“感恩母亲”征文活动， 我积极响应，立即撰写了《蕴藏在心中的那份母爱》一文，投话题发布后很快被加“精选”。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">正当我感觉良好时，5月15日下午，缘份星空老师微信告诉我，要对推荐美篇官方参评的文章，“请近三天内重点做下列修改”。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">无论是在部队还是转业到地方，我一直同文字打交道，也有咬文嚼字的习惯。退休后来美篇，发布一百多篇作品，很少有检查修改的习惯。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">俗话说“入乡随俗”。我与主持人缘份星空并不熟悉，他不是老师胜似老师，并亲自为拙作审稿提建议，学贵得师，亦贵得友，难能可贵。于是，我按照他提出的7点修改建议，分别在手机和电脑上对文章仔细看了6遍，对已“加精”作品字斟句酌，还真的检查出几个错别字、2处病句和3处标点符号运用的不恰当。使文章不断得以完善，并回复了他。</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">5月18日19时，缘份星空老师又给我发帖，要求我“请再细细看看查查，要准备上报了。”反复强调作者要多看看、细检查、再斟酌，鞭策、激励、监督作者要对发布的文章勤检查修改，纠正“文章发布就完了”的陋习。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">我再次被他对每一位美友作者不辞辛苦，充满着一腔爱心、热心、耐心、真心帮扶的精神所感动。真是“文章不厌百回改，反复推敲佳句来”。我连夜又对文章看了两遍，每看一次，有所发现，有所改动，使文章润色得更完善一些。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">正当我为文章打磨后感觉良好时，5月21日6时，缘份星空老师又给我发来“请对你的作品重点做下列修改（美友均适用）”的六点要求，并附帖告诉我：“有的美友，他只知道写后一发布就完了，不知道修改的重要性。”</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">一语提醒梦中人，虽然帖上没有提到我，可我感到心里热乎乎的。使我看到缘份星空老师对“一字之师”的坚守和对群友美友们的一片真情。我被这句话深深打动，为能遇到这么勤奋敬业、诲人不倦的话题主持人志愿者而高兴。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">在缘份星空老师的精心指导下，【我们这个情感领域群】组织并推荐的25篇作品，在参与美篇官方8个话题角逐的总决赛中，拿下了一、二、三等奖共33个奖项中的25个，囊括了3个一等奖。我撰写的《蕴藏在心中的那份母爱》，也获得“二等奖”荣誉证书。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">打那以后，缘份星空老师关于文章7条（后来为10条）推荐修改标准及要求，我每次发布美篇作品前都养成了修改的习惯，不但在美友圈发文“加精”后也这样做，就是投稿至其她领域美友圈的文章和日常，我更自觉遵循去做。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">2023年，我向“情感领域美友之家”投稿26篇，有23篇获得“美篇精选”，每篇都是按照主持人缘份星空老师的10项修改指导进一步完善的，深切体会到“千斤难买回头望，文章不厌百回改”“好文章三分在写，七分在改”的益处。</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><b style="font-size:20px;">美友圈因情而爱，让我体验到【情感领域美友之家】的温馨。</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">缘份星空老师不但严格要求人人自觉遵守群规，还主动为大家共同的话题、相同的兴趣爱好创造条件，逐一与群里400多美友加了微信，当好美友们的信息员、联络员、服务员。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">日复一日，他不但与群友美友们拉近了距离，而且还不断吸引新群友入群，成为485人的美友群。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">为促进创作水平的提高，【情感领域美友之家】制定了投稿、加精指南，对写作文体、排版格式、插图和配乐方式也均有规范。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">缘份星空老师心里装着美友圈创作的事，总是超前谋划，不定期发布每月创作预告信息，引导美友创作的欲望。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">每一次征文活动有声有色，有指导、有步聚，创新评审“三不看”，注重征文质量有成效。缘份星空老师在《请以敬畏之心参与征文》告诉美友，参加征文首先要明确有奖征文活动的主题、目的要求，文章字数，作品发布的有效时间及体裁等约定，不同于我们平时的日常投稿，帮助美友打开了撰文新思路。 真是用心良苦。</span></p> <p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">为让优秀作品出彩，美友圈向美篇平台推荐群友的优秀作品获“双精”，每月“精选”汇编，形成互相学习，积极向好的氛围。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">我特意查看了缘份星空老师编辑的2023年9月份《情感领域美友之家作品精选》集，有916篇“美篇精选”，创美友圈历月精品汇集新高，这里渗透着主持人缘份星空老师和管理团队（含评论员）老师的心血！抓质量抓出超人的佳作数量，精彩纷呈。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">缘份星空老师是个闲不住的主持人，他用心、用功、用情，心系美友，情暖人心。</span></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1"><span style="font-size:20px;">有一次我与缘份星空老师微信语音私聊时，我劝他别每天那么辛苦，得照顾好自己身体。</span></p><p
