font-size: 22px;">北京音乐家协会驻会副主席及秘书长赵金波同志发表了激情澎湃的总结演讲。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">本次颁奖典礼及音乐会旗帜鲜明，充满爱党爱国爱生活的正能量。有以下几点与国内绝大多数会议大相径庭：</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">一是，内容充实，衔接紧凑，没有拖泥带水，高谈阔论；没有无病呻吟的夸夸其谈，接地气，大道理融会贯通在简明扼要之中。老百姓爱听，不唱高调，不扯淡，言谈话语与身体力行一致，让言语与德行为百姓所喜闻乐见；</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">二是，与会领导都是社会精英和社会名流，在人民群众面前不摆架子。会场没有主席台，没人给他们端茶倒水。他们唯一的特殊地方是坐在了第一排，而且官职越大，坐的越靠边。为什么呢？原来是为了节省时间，上台发言然后回来落座方便。这是一件小事，但在官场上这简直是凤毛麟角，或者说绝无仅有。其实，越低调越彰显出大家风范和一心为民，与民同甘共苦的气质与胸怀；</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">三是，节省开支办大事。在有几百人参加的一次会议，花上老多钱，讲排场，攀比高大上，能有多大意义？在一些小众团体的活动中，不能老想着和国家级的活动攀比，节俭本身就是一种美德。这次整场活动中，没有请专职主持人，田野副理事长主持的不错，赵金波主席主持的也挺好。没有会场渲染气氛的布置，没有花钱租用专业会场。这三点给我留下了极其深刻和美好的印象。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">赵金波主席回顾了在北京体育学院体育馆举办第八届北京合唱节的高光时刻，数千人的偌大场面，中国电影交响乐团的现场伴奏，一流歌唱家登台献歌，各路传媒挤破脑袋长枪短炮杀入会场，新闻联播当晚向全中国向全世界播放。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">2024年，已经向我们招手。根据我国五年一小庆，十年一大庆的惯例，国庆75周年的庆典活动值得期待！那时，京城合唱节要整一把大的，同时也是庆祝北京合唱协会成立二十周年，也应该好好庆祝一回。我们也花钱请个主持人，再请个交响乐团。我想，赵金波主席肯定没有意见。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b></b><b></b><b></b><b style="font-size: 22px;"></b><span style="font-size: 22px;"></span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;
