<p class="ql-block"> 云南丽江纳西踏歌</p> <p class="ql-block"> What is the “Stepping song” that has Made Chinese People Sing Merrily for Thousands of Years?</p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"> 盛唐指唐玄宗在位的开元、天宝年间，大致相当于公元八世纪上半叶。这时国家统一，经济繁荣，政治开明，文化发达，对外交流频繁，社会充满自信，不仅是唐朝的高峰，也是中国封建社会的鼎盛期。盛唐到底有多美，一看看妇女穿戴，慢束罗裙半露胸。这款服饰体现了唐朝开明的社会风气。二看文艺的解放，现代诗人余光中在《寻李白》中写道：“酒入豪肠，七分酿成了月光，余下的三分啸成剑气，绣口一吐，就半个盛唐”。盛唐文人是怎样的大度。盛唐文坛百川汇海，博大深邃。盛唐在中国历史上是一个灿烂，放到世界历史上也是骄傲。</p><p class="ql-block"> Shengtang refers to the reign of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang during the Kaiyuan and Tianbao periods, roughly equivalent to the first half of the eighth century AD. At this time, the country was unified, economically prosperous, politically enlightened, culturally developed, had frequent foreign exchanges, and society was full of confidence. It was not only the peak of the Tang Dynasty, but also the peak of China's feudal society. How beautiful was the prosperous Tang Dynasty? Just take a look at women wearing slow tied dresses with half exposed chests. In ancient times, This clothing reflects the enlightened social atmosphere of the Tang Dynasty, Even today, it is somewhat awe inspiring. Looking at the liberation of literature and art, the modern poet Yu Guangzhong wrote in "Searching for Li Bai": "When wine enters the intestines of the wealthy, seven parts are brewed into moonlight, and the remaining three parts are howled into sword energy. With just one breath of embroidery, half of the Tang Dynasty is in full bloom.". How magnanimous were the literati of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The literary world of the prosperous Tang Dynasty is flourishing, and a hundred rivers converge into the sea, vast and profound. The prosperous Tang Dynasty is a highlight in Chinese history, and it is also a glorious achievement that we can be proud of in world history.</p> <p class="ql-block"> 也就在这时候，大诗人唱道：李白乘舟将欲行，忽闻岸上踏歌声。桃花潭水深千尺，不及汪伦送我情。</p><p class="ql-block"> 按说唱歌吟诗是嘴上功夫，为何是踏歌声呢？中国娃从两岁开始都会吟唱踏歌声，只觉得其美。美从何来？试问问踏歌声到底是啥？</p><p class="ql-block"> 笔者检索了一下，踏歌有两解：一是民歌曲调，二是民歌表现手法，一边唱歌，一边拍手，一边配合脚步打拍子。也就是我们所说的singing and dancing。</p><p class="ql-block">At this moment, the poet sang: Li Bai is about to embark on a boat when he suddenly hears the sound of stepping on the shore. The Peach Blossom Pond is a thousand feet deep, not as deep as Wang Lun's love for me.</p><p class="ql-block"> Singing and reciting poetry is a verbal skill, why is it the sound of stepping on a song? Since the age of two, Chinese children have been singing the sound of stepping songs, only feeling its beauty. Where does beauty come from? May I ask what exactly is the sound of stepping singing?</p><p class="ql-block"> 诗词讲究推敲，“踏”字也比“唱”字漂亮，产生一种灵动感， 如同“回头一笑百媚生”，一个生，作为动词，充满动感，比静态的描写动人万分。李白 “忽闻岸上踏歌声”，栩栩如生，汪先生约上一村的人，等候早码头边。事先李白不知道，忽然听见看见人们围成一圈，脚踩着歌曲的节奏，手拉手唱起歌来，故“忽闻岸上踏歌声”。</p><p class="ql-block"> 除了李白，踏歌的还有：陆剑南唱“又向江湖醉踏歌”，范石湖唱“踏歌椎骨过清明”，苏东坡唱“未厌人间醉踏歌”，王荆公唱“陇上踏歌声” 储光羲 《蔷薇篇》唱 ：“ 连袂 蹋歌从此去，风吹香去逐人归。” 邓拓 《忆多姿· 赶集 》 词：“最是春风吹舞衣，踏歌如梦飞。” </p><p class="ql-block"> “策马江湖梦，倚剑踏歌行”表达了一个人在江湖中追求自由和梦想的决心和勇气。</p><p class="ql-block"> “静水流深，沧笙踏歌”的意思沧海上也可吹着笙，跳着踏歌舞。</p><p class="ql-block"> 清代文学家曹雪芹大师的小说也有踏歌；《红楼梦》第二十七回《滴翠亭杨妃戏彩蝶</p><p class="ql-block">埋香冢飞燕泣残红》之中林黛玉所吟诵《葬花词》。</p><p class="ql-block"> 花谢花飞飞满天，……</p><p class="ql-block"> 忍踏落花来复去……</p><p class="ql-block"> 一个“踏”字就这样当仁不让地美了中国人数千年。</p> <p class="ql-block"> The author searched and found that there are two solutions to folk songs: one is the melody of folk songs, and the other is the expression techniques of folk songs, singing while clapping hands, and cooperating with footsteps to beat time.
