Day 17
Today was a truly amazing day! What did they say? Boston is the biggest city in New England. There are six states in the New England, and Boston located in the Massachusetts.
There are so many universities in the Boston. First, we went to MIT (The Massachusetts Institute of Technology). That school was very famous and great. The university has been built in 19th century by an American, he wanted to let the Europeans know that American was also very good. When the person built the school, there was big war happened. So the first students in MIT went to the school at 1866. And during the Great Depression, MIT's manager wanted to let Harvard and MIT to be one school. But the students in MIT didn't think that was a great idea. So those two universities haven’t been together. And the MIT was very creative. They created a building with a lot specials. Those things were unbelievable!
Then, we took a short bus ride to get to the Harvard. Harvard was famous for their great English-teaching. Their language classes were very great. They had a statue of John Harvard. And this statue had a nickname which named '3 lies'. The lies are: that guy was not John; Jone didn't build Harvard; And the year to create Harvard was 1636, but the year on the statue was 1638! What a funny Joke!
Then we took a long bus ride to New Jersey.
When we were on the way to New Jersey, we went to the Yale University. This university was not the same as Harvard or MTI, because the buildings there were very English style. The library there was very special too. The building didn't have any windows because it can keep the books be good for longer times!
Anyway, those three universities were very great. I hope one day I can be a student in one of those schools. Today I had a lot of fun.
