课程结束王老师和老师们坐在一起交流,首先指出在没有教材的前提下老师们这么用心的设计课程,开发符合实际的劳动课程真的很不容易。按照这个思路我们要开发属于实验小学的劳动清单。第二,在教学中我们实现了跨学科的教学,体现出美育、思维能力、语言表达等多方面的学科融合,体现出老师们对劳动学科理解的高度和专业素养。第三我们要把劳动学科和家庭实践结合起来,不能把劳动课上学到的技能只停留在课堂上学校里还要真的让孩子参与劳动,热爱劳动,掌握劳动的技能并深切感受到作为一名劳动者是光荣的,学习劳动技能是非常有必要的。
讲课、听课、评课、是教研活动的一个常规活动,但是从课堂到课下,从一节课延伸到一个课程体系,又从课程体系讨论到劳动对于每一个人的重要性,已经远远超出了一次教研活动给我们的预期,作为一名教育者,小小的课堂就是我们的阵地,可爱的孩子就是我们最骄傲的作品。

课程结束王老师和老师们坐在一起交流,首先指出在没有教材的前提下老师们这么用心的设计课程,开发符合实际的劳动课程真的很不容易。按照这个思路我们要开发属于实验小学的劳动清单。第二,在教学中我们实现了跨学科的教学,体现出美育、思维能力、语言表达等多方面的学科融合,体现出老师们对劳动学科理解的高度和专业素养。第三我们要把劳动学科和家庭实践结合起来,不能把劳动课上学到的技能只停留在课堂上学校里还要真的让孩子参与劳动,热爱劳动,掌握劳动的技能并深切感受到作为一名劳动者是光荣的,学习劳动技能是非常有必要的。
讲课、听课、评课、是教研活动的一个常规活动,但是从课堂到课下,从一节课延伸到一个课程体系,又从课程体系讨论到劳动对于每一个人的重要性,已经远远超出了一次教研活动给我们的预期,作为一名教育者,小小的课堂就是我们的阵地,可爱的孩子就是我们最骄傲的作品。
