秋日的午后,暖暖的的阳光透过窗帘缝隙,端详着一个个认真写字的小脑袋。教室里只能听见孩子们呼吸的声音和偶尔的叹气声。
这正是五年级七班的写字课。孩子们努力地挺直身体,竭力保持正确的书写姿势,看上去仿佛初次学跳广场舞的老奶奶,生硬别扭。再看看他们笔尖下的杰作,是一笔一划、结构初见端倪的方块字。
之前的写字课,我说的太多,给孩子示范的太少,以至于写字课其实是认真的写了一遍,并没有达到写字课的预期效果。因为示范太少,孩子们也不知道怎么书写才算老师口中的工整。
小学语文教学大纲对五年级学生写字的要求是:写“能比较熟练地用钢笔写字,写得正确、端正、整洁,行款符合要求。”我认为这段话有两层意思:一是学生必须坚持写钢笔字,而且必须熟练,这是基础,也是前提条件;二是不但把字写正确,字体结构端正,行款符合要求。
记得第八轮教育督导检查后反馈;学生普遍书写潦草,书写姿势错误……
针对这种情况,我首先要求,所有作业必须用钢笔来书写,之前的中性笔一律“退休”。偶尔发现有学生偷偷的用中性笔做作业,绝不姑息,立即实行“无害化处理。”接下来我的第二个要求是:不求速度,只求质量。
为了提高书写质量,只能暂时降低书写速度。一篇周记大多数学生写了两节课,甚至还有9名学生两节课还没有完成。他们写的同时,我的目光一直在周记格里巡查!两节课中,我没有批评一名学生,连书写最差的一位同学也屏息凝神,虽然难改本色,但是很显然,他已经尽力了。我在全班同学面前表扬了这位同学,并把他之前写的字和现在写的进行比较——每个人都可以把字写好。
但是,我也清楚的知道,仅仅有这些要求和鼓励还是远远不够的。他们也想把字写好,可是长期以来形成的书写习惯一朝一夕是很难改变的,大多数情况下,写字课就是学生一写,老师一改,外加几声批评或者叹气。再加之部分科目课后作业繁重,为了力求数量达标而疲于奔命,至于书写质量那真是不敢奢求了。因此,我必须在作业量上尽可能做到精练,让学生真切的感受到慢慢写把字写工整也可以做到。每天的课后作业我都控制在30分钟左右。
其实最重要的一点是,学生不知道怎么才能把字写工整写美观。这就急需要书写指导。从哪里入手呢?从基本笔画开始,过于枯燥乏味了。思虑再三,我决定从字体结构入手,让孩子真鞋子正看到怎样的字才算美观,在学习结构的同时,进行笔画的指导。
今天的写的第一个字是“亭”,这是一个上中下结构,我先让一个同学按照自己的想法板书“亭”,随后我再板书“亭”,指名学生说说这两个字的区别在哪里。最后我在田字格里书写,告诉学生,最上面的一点和下面的竖钩都在竖中线以上,中间的口在横中线以上,秃宝盖沿着横中线写……孩子们的认真出乎我的预料。后来又学习“亩”“豪”“萝”我都采取同样的方法,让学生明白上中下结构的字怎么写才工整。当下课铃声响起来的时候,学生依然在书写。
就在下节的候课的老师走进教室后,他们还是在认真的写,在我的反复提示下,学生才收起了书法作业。一位小男孩追着我问“四”怎么才能写好,还把他假期写的字拿出来让我看……我的心里涌过一阵阵暖流。
正是收获的季节,但愿我播下的每一颗种子也能还我一个丰收的喜悦。
