容易得“微笑抑郁症”的人都是坚强的人,平时就习惯忽略自己的感受,什么事都自己扛,无论遇到多大的压力,都想自己把事情做好,把周围所有的人都照顾好,永远给别人留下一个亲切坚强的形象,苦苦经营这个人设而忽略了自己内心的真实感受。

03 “微笑抑郁症”的应对
心病还需心药医,微笑抑郁症最难的是自我觉察。很多微笑抑郁症患者不接受自己得了抑郁症这个事实,即使自己已经被抑郁折磨的食不知味,寝不能安,绝望到自我毁灭,内心还是认为只是自己不够坚强,不是生病了。

03 “微笑抑郁症”的应对
