春天来了许多孩子带来了小植物装点植物角,同时孩子和家长们还搜集了家中发芽的蒜苗,土豆,洋葱等带来进行水培。随着蔬菜水培越来越多,孩子们商量需要专门设置一个蔬菜养育基地,为此我们提供了便于观察的透明养育盒,准备了小水壶等工具,由小园丁们负责照料蔬菜们的生长。
一周过去了,蔬菜们都有了小小的变化,经常有小朋友惊叹:“哇,它长出来了!”但受限于知识储备,却不能说清长出来的究竟是什么,于是我们进行了一次集体观察。利用植物构造图帮助孩子们习得了“根须,芽、叶、茎”等科学概念。
孩子们发现蔬菜生长的很快,萝卜长出了白白的根须,“像胡子”;土豆冒出了嫩芽“有尖尖的角”;红薯却什么变化都没有,孩子不由得发问:“它是死了吗?”我也不能给出确切的答案。经过讨论,我们决定将蔬菜的生长照片定期拍摄下来,记录生长过程,这样前后对比就知道它们的变化了!

在进餐环节,把握生活中的契机来进行科普,比如胡萝卜看起来是橙色的,是因为它里面富含胡萝卜素。
在区角里,孩子们在小餐厅中扮演厨师和客人的角色,利用贴纸对蔬菜水果进行了颜色的分类。

教室的“小餐厅”中有许多蔬菜玩具,服务员和厨师经常表演“购买”“逛超市”,选购蔬菜后回餐厅的后厨烹饪与工作。在选购时,孩子们常将玩具抱在手里,但是多了抱不下,经常掉的到处都是。于是分享环节我们回顾了和父母逛超市的经验。
教师:“爸爸妈妈用什么东西收纳物品呢,是抱在手上吗,去菜场又会用什么装蔬菜呢?”
有的孩子提到奶奶会用菜篮子。接着,我们讨论“用塑料袋好还是用篮子好,哪一个更能保护环境?”由此衍生了本次活动。
在活动中我们在区角请孩子先观察蔬菜玩具,然后自由表达,将自己对形态的观察画在纸上进行写生,虽然小班孩子能力有限,但依然给了我们很多惊喜,许多孩子的线条,涂色都不错,当然还有部分孩子发挥了想象力,将蔬菜穿上了不同颜色的新衣服。
在孩子自由探索后我们提供了轮廓填色纸,孩子们可以选择喜欢的蔬菜,为蔬菜宝宝穿上新衣服,之后孩子们创作的蔬菜也统统装进了我们讨论出的环保菜篮子里,装点教室。

利用周末的亲子互动时间,家长与孩子共同讨论,选择了一种自己最喜欢的蔬菜,制作了蔬菜推荐卡。在家长的引导下,还利用搜索工具了解认知了蔬菜的营养价值,走进菜场体验购买或到春天的郊野体验“挖野菜”,对食物闻一闻,摸一摸,尝一尝。
孩子结合推荐卡在蔬菜博览会上面对集体进行推荐,将个体经验转变为集体经验。但开始介绍时,发现了一个问题。孩子声音较小。不太敢大胆表达,为了帮助其他幼儿耐心倾听,集中注意力,并且帮助上台的孩子更有勇气克服羞怯,我们加入了小帮手话筒。孩子拿起话筒更加自信了,小铭还为大家表演了一首蔬菜儿歌。家长朋友们也非常关注这次活动,在家帮助孩子练习如何从外形,颜色,营养价值等方面来介绍,有的孩子句子之间不连贯或偏向用简单词语单独表达。在过程当中我们进行示范,鼓励孩子运用连贯、完整的语句表达。通过这次活动,孩子们锻炼了表达能力,非常有成就感。

语言种子课程中刚好有“食育”的内容,我们班将种子课程《多多什么都爱吃》与小餐厅中的角色游戏相结合,寓教于乐。先通过故事生动地让孩子了解情节,然后请孩子在区域活动中扮演“小孩”“妈妈”“多多”的角色,我们班一位经常挑食的小朋友也选择了小餐厅,并且在游戏中跟小伙伴们说:“我可什么都爱吃!”她的好朋友们都纷纷给她点赞,在之后的午餐环节她也依旧延续了这一角色,平时不爱吃的蔬菜和肉类也愿意尝试几口,虽然没有全部吃完,但她为自己的进步感到非常开心!

幼儿园的草地上长了许多荠菜花,户外活动时孩子们很感兴趣,会采摘当做过家家、炒小菜的材料。今天的采摘活动前,我们进行了对图片线索的观察与讨论。
教师:“怎样区分荠菜花和别的植物呢,它有什么特点?”
幼儿:“它有许多叶子,三角形、爱心形的叶子。”
幼儿:“花茎长长的、细细的。”
幼儿:“有许多小花,白色的小花有四片花瓣。”
接着进行猜想:“荠菜花能吃吗?”有的说能吃,有的说不能吃。
通过“三月三,荠菜煮鸡蛋”的民俗,孩子们了解到“芥菜花”原来是春天一种特有的野菜。我们一起去户外采摘和搜集了许多荠菜花花,体验采摘的乐趣,之后通过美工活动,用白棉布、锤子、宽胶等材料,运用“锤”“粘”等方法留下了春天的痕迹,将荠菜花美丽的形状拓印下来,最后运用国画元素添画上了燕子、房子,悬挂在窗户上,成为了一副漂亮的画帘。

在游戏中,孩子们很快就找出了教室里与蔬菜同样颜色的物品。
在进餐环节,把握生活中的契机来进行科普,比如胡萝卜看起来是橙色的,是因为它里面富含胡萝卜素。
在区角里,孩子们在小餐厅中扮演厨师和客人的角色,利用贴纸对蔬菜水果进行了颜色的分类。

教室的“小餐厅”中有许多蔬菜玩具,服务员和厨师经常表演“购买”“逛超市”,选购蔬菜后回餐厅的后厨烹饪与工作。在选购时,孩子们常将玩具抱在手里,但是多了抱不下,经常掉的到处都是。于是分享环节我们回顾了和父母逛超市的经验。
教师:“爸爸妈妈用什么东西收纳物品呢,是抱在手上吗,去菜场又会用什么装蔬菜呢?”
有的孩子提到奶奶会用菜篮子。接着,我们讨论“用塑料袋好还是用篮子好,哪一个更能保护环境?”由此衍生了本次活动。
在活动中我们在区角请孩子先观察蔬菜玩具,然后自由表达,将自己对形态的观察画在纸上进行写生,虽然小班孩子能力有限,但依然给了我们很多惊喜,许多孩子的线条,涂色都不错,当然还有部分孩子发挥了想象力,将蔬菜穿上了不同颜色的新衣服。
在孩子自由探索后我们提供了轮廓填色纸,孩子们可以选择喜欢的蔬菜,为蔬菜宝宝穿上新衣服,之后孩子们创作的蔬菜也统统装进了我们讨论出的环保菜篮子里,装点教室。

利用周末的亲子互动时间,家长与孩子共同讨论,选择了一种自己最喜欢的蔬菜,制作了蔬菜推荐卡。在家长的引导下,还利用搜索工具了解认知了蔬菜的营养价值,走进菜场体验购买或到春天的郊野体验“挖野菜”,对食物闻一闻,摸一摸,尝一尝。
孩子结合推荐卡在蔬菜博览会上面对集体进行推荐,将个体经验转变为集体经验。但开始介绍时,发现了一个问题。孩子声音较小。不太敢大胆表达,为了帮助其他幼儿耐心倾听,集中注意力,并且帮助上台的孩子更有勇气克服羞怯,我们加入了小帮手话筒。孩子拿起话筒更加自信了,小铭还为大家表演了一首蔬菜儿歌。家长朋友们也非常关注这次活动,在家帮助孩子练习如何从外形,颜色,营养价值等方面来介绍,有的孩子句子之间不连贯或偏向用简单词语单独表达。在过程当中我们进行示范,鼓励孩子运用连贯、完整的语句表达。通过这次活动,孩子们锻炼了表达能力,非常有成就感。

语言种子课程中刚好有“食育”的内容,我们班将种子课程《多多什么都爱吃》与小餐厅中的角色游戏相结合,寓教于乐。先通过故事生动地让孩子了解情节,然后请孩子在区域活动中扮演“小孩”“妈妈”“多多”的角色,我们班一位经常挑食的小朋友也选择了小餐厅,并且在游戏中跟小伙伴们说:“我可什么都爱吃!”她的好朋友们都纷纷给她点赞,在之后的午餐环节她也依旧延续了这一角色,平时不爱吃的蔬菜和肉类也愿意尝试几口,虽然没有全部吃完,但她为自己的进步感到非常开心!

幼儿园的草地上长了许多荠菜花,户外活动时孩子们很感兴趣,会采摘当做过家家、炒小菜的材料。今天的采摘活动前,我们进行了对图片线索的观察与讨论。
教师:“怎样区分荠菜花和别的植物呢,它有什么特点?”
幼儿:“它有许多叶子,三角形、爱心形的叶子。”
幼儿:“花茎长长的、细细的。”
幼儿:“有许多小花,白色的小花有四片花瓣。”
接着进行猜想:“荠菜花能吃吗?”有的说能吃,有的说不能吃。
通过“三月三,荠菜煮鸡蛋”的民俗,孩子们了解到“芥菜花”原来是春天一种特有的野菜。我们一起去户外采摘和搜集了许多荠菜花花,体验采摘的乐趣,之后通过美工活动,用白棉布、锤子、宽胶等材料,运用“锤”“粘”等方法留下了春天的痕迹,将荠菜花美丽的形状拓印下来,最后运用国画元素添画上了燕子、房子,悬挂在窗户上,成为了一副漂亮的画帘。
