<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">我参加的日记星球第一期21天蜕变之旅即将结了，今天做个小结。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">我所在的是33组，有31人。有班主任指导，组长每天带领交作业，大家轮流点评。每周六、日晚，还有专门指导写日记的讲座。整个平台管理有序，气氛融洽。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">我以前有在美篇记录事件的习惯，但没有写日记。这次加入日记星球不知不觉写了21天，感觉写日记确实可以提高观察、思维、写作能力；还可以激发内心深处的感受，觉察以前不太清晰的潜在意识，激发潜能；还可以训练逻辑思维，能梳理思想和内心情绪。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"></b></p><p
