color:rgb(1, 1, 1);">二、【我们一起回忆青春往事】“核心成员”的作用</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:18px;">随着圈子的不断壮大，参与的美友越来越多，摆在我们面前的问题是：如何高效、精准、多层次、多方位地与美友们互动，进一步提高美友圈的创作质量，让更多优秀作者不断地加入，进一步扩大本圈子的影响力，成了我们管理团队每个成员认真考虑的大事。经反复酝酿，我们认识到：</span>要想美友圈得到良性的可持续发展，<span style="font-size:18px;">必须让美友们有主人翁的意识，让更多美友参与到我们团队的日常管理中来。经管理团队研究决定再增设</span><b style="font-size:20px; font-size:20px;">三、成为【我们一起回忆青春往事】栏目“核心成员”的条件</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、必须是经美篇官方批准、【我们一起回忆青春往事】主办的“芳华之歌创作交流群”成员；积极参加本栏目发起的各项创作、讨论等活动；平时与交流群中美友保持积极友好的互动，有着积极的团队精神与奉献精神；是【我们一起回忆青春往事】栏目的优秀作品创作者。</p><p class="ql-block">2、原则上“核心成员”是美篇平台各大领域的“优质作者”，对个别暂不具备“优质作者”的美友，如果在“芳华之歌创作交流群”中活跃度高、有一定的凝聚力、创作能力较强，能得到美友们与栏目管理团队的充分认可，也可推荐为本栏目的“核心成员”。</p><p class="ql-block">3、为本美友圈做出突出贡献，荣获美篇平台官方颁发奖项的美友，栏目组将优先录用。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(1, 1, 1);
