为了更好的开展班级里的区域活动。 3月29日下午我们进行了美工区区域墙面内容调整、投放材料教研,美工区调整后相继对益智区材料投放开展教研活动。老师们对大中小不同年龄段的基础经验进行研讨,大家踊跃发言,见解独特。老师们分成三个小组,对于大中小三个年龄段基础经验内容,以及如何使幼儿掌握主题经验展开了激烈的讨论。

调整前:
调整前幼儿对区域的材料不认识,区域规则不了解。教师投放折纸及橡皮泥都是没拆包装,油画棒很多颜色混到一起。在墙面创设上,经验提示投放不适合小班幼儿年龄特点,没法及时跟上主题。作品展示基本是老师的作品,难度大,孩子们无法看到自己的作品。
调整后:
投放材料时把材料包装打开,油画棒按颜色分好类,投放树枝、树叶、果壳等生活中的材料。基础经验、主题经验也根据教材主题及幼儿水平进行定期更换。且在区域里设计了经验提示,幼儿根据提示操作,提高幼儿动手能力。

调整后:
1.美工区投放的材料跟随主题及时更换。
2.每个盒子的材料分隔断排放,方便幼儿的取放。
3.幼儿的作品分类分区展示并保留。
4.墙面及时更换基础经验,主题经验。
5.墙面上我们张贴了由点和线组合出巧妙的图案,启发出幼儿新颖的构思。还有一些简单的美工玩法,以及各主题的主题作品。
6.幼儿使用的工具分类摆放整齐,方便幼儿使用。

调整前:
调整前幼儿对区域的材料不认识,区域规则不了解。教师投放折纸及橡皮泥都是没拆包装,油画棒很多颜色混到一起。在墙面创设上,经验提示投放不适合小班幼儿年龄特点,没法及时跟上主题。作品展示基本是老师的作品,难度大,孩子们无法看到自己的作品。
调整后:
投放材料时把材料包装打开,油画棒按颜色分好类,投放树枝、树叶、果壳等生活中的材料。基础经验、主题经验也根据教材主题及幼儿水平进行定期更换。且在区域里设计了经验提示,幼儿根据提示操作,提高幼儿动手能力。
