课堂上,倪澄澈同学表现欲极强,他甚至不礼貌地将老师在黑板上贴的教具挥去,打断老师与同学们的交流,“霸占”课堂,声音时而低深时而表现出高傲的洪亮,展现出自我的一面,对班里的其他同学会造成负面的影响。其实,这正是一个绝佳的育人契机,遗憾的是我没有抓住,头脑里想的更多的还是这节课知识本身。张老师说,学生出现了问题一定要及时引导,可以旁敲侧击表扬积极向上的孩子,可以引导他要眼中有他人,把发言展示的机会也留给别人一些,也可以直指其问题。正如宋校长所言,课堂上学习知识不是最终的目的,知识只是一个载体,最重要的是让孩子通过学习知识的过程养成良好的学习习惯和品格,让孩子学会做人做事。延时课上我找到这个孩子,还没等我开口他就兴奋地说“黄老师,我看到老师们和张老师进办公室交流了,张老师有没有说到我?”原来如此,这孩子,在他的心中张老师是一位令人崇拜的人物,他又得到过张老师的表扬,至今难以忘怀,我不禁感叹表扬的强大力量,这次我提前预告了张老师要来,他便表现过度了。我说:“张老师表扬你了,你很会动脑筋啊,也特别会表达。也发现了课堂中你的一些问题,你想听听吗?”他略显不好意思地说:“黄老师,我当然想了,这样我才能进步嘛!”这孩子也是个机灵鬼……最后,他说:“谢谢黄老师,您让我认清了我自己的问题,一定会努力改变的!”

5.在课末,沟通前后知识时,可以引导学生“这里的分可不是随便分的,这其中有什么奥妙呢?随着学习不断的深入,你会体会到的。”为后续乘法分配律的学习埋下孕伏。

课堂上,倪澄澈同学表现欲极强,他甚至不礼貌地将老师在黑板上贴的教具挥去,打断老师与同学们的交流,“霸占”课堂,声音时而低深时而表现出高傲的洪亮,展现出自我的一面,对班里的其他同学会造成负面的影响。其实,这正是一个绝佳的育人契机,遗憾的是我没有抓住,头脑里想的更多的还是这节课知识本身。张老师说,学生出现了问题一定要及时引导,可以旁敲侧击表扬积极向上的孩子,可以引导他要眼中有他人,把发言展示的机会也留给别人一些,也可以直指其问题。正如宋校长所言,课堂上学习知识不是最终的目的,知识只是一个载体,最重要的是让孩子通过学习知识的过程养成良好的学习习惯和品格,让孩子学会做人做事。延时课上我找到这个孩子,还没等我开口他就兴奋地说“黄老师,我看到老师们和张老师进办公室交流了,张老师有没有说到我?”原来如此,这孩子,在他的心中张老师是一位令人崇拜的人物,他又得到过张老师的表扬,至今难以忘怀,我不禁感叹表扬的强大力量,这次我提前预告了张老师要来,他便表现过度了。我说:“张老师表扬你了,你很会动脑筋啊,也特别会表达。也发现了课堂中你的一些问题,你想听听吗?”他略显不好意思地说:“黄老师,我当然想了,这样我才能进步嘛!”这孩子也是个机灵鬼……最后,他说:“谢谢黄老师,您让我认清了我自己的问题,一定会努力改变的!”

4.学生出现精彩想法时,一定要驻足评价激励。如,学生用独特的方式解释为什么不写加号。
5.在课末,沟通前后知识时,可以引导学生“这里的分可不是随便分的,这其中有什么奥妙呢?随着学习不断的深入,你会体会到的。”为后续乘法分配律的学习埋下孕伏。
