张海燕部长提出,从本次活动中“上课的老师、学生、听课的老师”的身上,可以看到王杰小学“严明的教学纪律、向上的师生风采”,再一次感受到王杰小学“顽强超越”的精神,这是王杰小学不竭发展的动力;13节语文课“巧设情境、生动学习、个性表达”,体现了“儿童趣味、儿童智慧和儿童情感”,是王杰小学“四学课堂”的校本表达,指向儿童、发展儿童;这13节课,教师用“课前预习单”,引导学生课前使用云码聆听名师课堂,课堂上用“课堂练习单”引导学生把课前没听懂、没讨论、没解决的问题在课堂上开展“精准学、结伴学”,“课后作业单”又引领学生“持续深度学”。
张海燕部长还引领全体语文老师回顾了评优课上老师们巧用“课堂练习单”,呈现的课堂精彩片段:张佳琦老师执教《母鸡》一课,课始引导学生品读老舍先生对母鸡的“控诉状”,体会控诉事实的重要性,课中在引导学生感受“母爱”之后,下课前又布置学生代替老舍先生为母鸡写一封“感谢信”,作业单的巧妙设计让课堂充满情趣;余硕老师执教《猫》一课,巧设课堂练习单,引导学生迁移课文句式练说,体会猫的性格古怪和作者对它的喜爱之情,并开展比较阅读,引导学生体会不同作家从不同角度选取不同素材把“猫”写生动的表达方法,并用于课后拓展练笔,提高儿童的“文学阅读与创意表达”的能力;冀微老师执教《匆匆》,用慧眼引导学生发现朱自清的语言密码——用叠词和问句抒情表达,并引导儿童迁移运用诗意表达;董如南老师执教《自相矛盾》,巧设“吆喝”练习,让在“市场”叫卖的同学回答“以子之矛陷子之盾,何如?来体会“自相矛盾”的道理;李玉茹老师执教《两小儿辩日》,巧设精彩“辩斗”,引导学生内化吸收课文语言,培养思辨能力;刘妍老师执教《田忌赛马》用一次次连图、填空,引导学生在“课堂练习”中,从不同角度去体会不同人物的思考,并在表达中完成思维的体操。
