<p class="ql-block">棉桃里脊</p><p class="ql-block">主料,猪里脊</p><p class="ql-block">调配料,葱姜鸡蛋,淀粉,面粉,盐,十三香,鸡精,味精</p><p class="ql-block">做法:</p><p class="ql-block">1,将猪里脊洗净,剁成泥</p><p class="ql-block">2,加入蛋清,盐,十三香,鸡精,味精,葱,姜末,淀粉搅上劲儿</p><p class="ql-block">3,鸡蛋清,打入小盆,抽打蛋泡加入淀粉,面粉,搅成蛋泡糊备用</p><p class="ql-block">4,炒勺加水烧90度将里脊挤成丸子汆熟捞出</p><p class="ql-block">5,炒勺加宽油,烧至五成热时,将丸子挂1/2蛋泡糊,下入油勺半炸一下,捞出装盘即可,将代椒盐食用</p>
