<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">“甲流”高发季，做好防护不用慌！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"></b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 近期多地疾控中心发布提醒：甲流进入发病高峰期，随着开学季的到来，广大师生也成为了重点关注对象。在此威远镇卓扎滩小学特提醒广大师生要提高疾病预防意识、加强疾病预防能力。💪</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 甲型H1N1流感为急性呼吸道传染病，其病原体是一种新型的甲型H1N1流感病毒，在人群中传播。与以往或目前的季节性流感病毒不同，该病毒毒株包含有猪流感、禽流感和人流感三种流感病毒的基因片段。人群对甲型H1N1流感病毒普遍易感，并可以人传染人。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">1.发热、咳嗽、喉痛、身体疼痛、头痛发热和疲劳等。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">2.出现腹泻或呕吐、肌肉痛、眼睛发红。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">3.部分患者病情可迅速进展，来势凶猛，突然高热，体温超过39℃，甚至继发严重肺炎。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">1. 可以由飞沫通过呼吸道、或者鼻孔等粘膜或直接、间接传播。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">2.直接接触病人也会感染病毒，感染者咳嗽、打喷嚏会使别人感染甲流。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">3.与被病毒感染的猪和环境都可能被传染甲流病毒。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 甲型流感 ♥ 重在预防</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">1.养成洗手的好习惯，注意个人卫生。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">2不仅每天要多喝水，还要有充足的睡眠来保证身体健康。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">3.少待在空气不流通的地方，少去人多的场所，保持室内通风。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">4.生熟菜应分开放，烹调肉类要注意温度，比如猪肉至少要达到加热猪肉到71℃，以便完全杀死甲流病毒。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">5.不要待在有猪的场所，也不要触碰活猪。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">6在想要咳嗽或者打喷嚏之前用纸巾捂住鼻子和嘴巴。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">7.如果发现有咳嗽、流涕等症状应及早就诊。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">8.不要接触患甲流患者。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">9.家庭日常消毒：多晒被褥，勤通风。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;">10.对于免疫力低的幼儿或老年人建议接种流感疫苗。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 病毒虽然可怕，但也不必惊慌！让我们时刻保持不放松的警醒，严格落实各类病毒防控措施，持续扎实做好防控各个环节的工作，筑牢流行病毒防治这道坚实的防火墙。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 威远镇卓扎滩小学</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;"> 2023年3月3日</b></p>
