一、继续落实好激情早读、阳光三操、专注课堂、考试自习“四项重点工作”。

一、继续落实好激情早读、阳光三操、专注课堂、考试自习“四项重点工作”。
二、开展好本学期的“过四关”活动,即课标关、教材关、说课关、清理关。课标关要求教师深入学习新课标,每周学习笔记不少于2000字,教学中贯彻新的理念,提高课堂效率,抓住文本,吃透教材,扎实掌握文本的知识,多进行迁移训练。不仅要过得去,还要过得硬。学校出台了六步说课法,即说课标、说教材、说学生、说教法、说训练,说教学程序。每周一教研时间由本周讲课教师说课,学科组教师进行集体研讨改进,形成统一意见后再开展公开课展示。
三、扎实做好常规教研。每周一下午操的时间开展学科教研活动,就每周的任务进行集体教研。发挥集体的智慧,共同研讨,共同进步。
四、周周上好研究课。每周每学科出一名教师讲研究课,全体学科组成员,参与听评课活动,围绕讲课展开讨论。
五、做好青蓝工程。新老教师结对,老带新、新促老,促进新教师快速成长。
六、加强校际教研。继续与中卫、西闫兄弟学校的联考联研活动。与四中、里砦初中、中卫初中学校搞联合大教研活动。以研促教,形成良好的教风,提升教学能力,提高学生成绩。
