“艺术组”:艺术是幼儿感性地把握世界的一种方式,是表达对世界认识的另一种“语言”。艺术分为“美术”“音乐”两个领域,我们要从“儿童立场”出发,站在儿童的角度去看待儿童、看待世界,从儿童的兴趣点、年龄特点、认知发展和实际经验出发,让儿童在做中学!我们要创设能操作、可探究的环境让幼儿在探索中建构新知识,获得进一步的发展!我们在实践中清晰地认识到,它更是一种教育理念,它源于生活、聚焦幼儿、强调自主、面向未来,它让幼儿在学习中放飞心智,真正成为学习的主人。
“环境创设组”:深入贯彻《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》精神,全面落实“以游戏为基本活动,寓教育于各项活动中”的教育理念,提高教师对区域活动的认识,促进教师对室内外区域环境创设、区域活动的有效组织与指导的能力,搭建教师间交流的平台,提升教师区域活动的研究能力,发展和幼儿主题性等方面的发展。创设一面真正能让幼儿喜欢、能积极互动,并能促进幼儿主动发展的主题墙在我们的教育活动中是至关重要的,起到了不可替代的作用。
“家园共育组”:《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中指出:家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴。应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与,并积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。”而幼儿园家长工作的出发点就在于充分利用家长资源,实现家园互动合作共育。从家长工作、家园互动、入园准备、幼小衔接方面进行深入展开研讨和实施方案。
“幼儿行为观察组”:观察是一名幼儿教师所应当具备的基本要求,每位幼儿教师在进行观察记录的过程中会存在各种各样的问题,比如观察目的不明确,观察事件不完整,找不到观察重点等。通过小组之间的相互学习,对照各领域的幼儿发展水平,使组员们更好地把握幼儿行为发展的基本规律和特点,做到真正的读懂儿童。观察了解不同年龄段幼儿行为发展的水平,以及幼儿问题解决策略使用的特点,最终提出促进幼儿问题解决能力发展的教学策略。

3.每次开展项目组活动,要求项目组成员都能够围绕研讨主题和研讨内容,深入思考,积极讨论,大胆发言,认真记录,会后做好总结。

“艺术组”:艺术是幼儿感性地把握世界的一种方式,是表达对世界认识的另一种“语言”。艺术分为“美术”“音乐”两个领域,我们要从“儿童立场”出发,站在儿童的角度去看待儿童、看待世界,从儿童的兴趣点、年龄特点、认知发展和实际经验出发,让儿童在做中学!我们要创设能操作、可探究的环境让幼儿在探索中建构新知识,获得进一步的发展!我们在实践中清晰地认识到,它更是一种教育理念,它源于生活、聚焦幼儿、强调自主、面向未来,它让幼儿在学习中放飞心智,真正成为学习的主人。
“环境创设组”:深入贯彻《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》精神,全面落实“以游戏为基本活动,寓教育于各项活动中”的教育理念,提高教师对区域活动的认识,促进教师对室内外区域环境创设、区域活动的有效组织与指导的能力,搭建教师间交流的平台,提升教师区域活动的研究能力,发展和幼儿主题性等方面的发展。创设一面真正能让幼儿喜欢、能积极互动,并能促进幼儿主动发展的主题墙在我们的教育活动中是至关重要的,起到了不可替代的作用。
“家园共育组”:《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》中指出:家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴。应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则,争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与,并积极支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。”而幼儿园家长工作的出发点就在于充分利用家长资源,实现家园互动合作共育。从家长工作、家园互动、入园准备、幼小衔接方面进行深入展开研讨和实施方案。
“幼儿行为观察组”:观察是一名幼儿教师所应当具备的基本要求,每位幼儿教师在进行观察记录的过程中会存在各种各样的问题,比如观察目的不明确,观察事件不完整,找不到观察重点等。通过小组之间的相互学习,对照各领域的幼儿发展水平,使组员们更好地把握幼儿行为发展的基本规律和特点,做到真正的读懂儿童。观察了解不同年龄段幼儿行为发展的水平,以及幼儿问题解决策略使用的特点,最终提出促进幼儿问题解决能力发展的教学策略。
