4.教学语言简练,表述清晰。数学本就是讲道理、重理性思维的学科。学员老师在微型课展示时都能做到条理清晰,语言简练。
5.能利用多媒体辅助教学来呈现教学内容,激发学生学习兴趣和积极性。
改进措施:
1.更新教育理念,以学促教。组织有效的学习活动促进学生学和教师教的统一,充分发挥教师组织者、引导者与合作者的作用,让学生真正成为课堂的主人。学生的学习应是一个主动的过程,活动注重启发式,激发学生学习兴趣引导学生在真实情境中发现问题、提出问题,分析问题和解决问题。利用多种学习方法促进学生体会和运用数学的思想和方法。
2.适应新时代,研读新课标。认真研读2022年颁布的新课标,了解数学课程性质、课程理念、课程目标和课标内容及各学段内容的分布等。
3.读懂教材,研读教材,深挖教材。北师版小学数学教材采用“情境图+问题串”的形式编排。课前教师们先阅读教材和《教师教学用书》,了解编者意图及每个环节的所学内容,找出最适合学生学习和发展的教学方法,才能在课堂上做到有的放矢。
