B:This is Mrs.Stevenson, Room1503. I’ve just checked in and I’m not happy with the room. 我是1503房的史蒂文森太太，刚入住的，我对房间不满意。

A:May I know what is wrong?

B:The room is smelly and there is someone’s hair on my bed.

I didn’t expect such things would happen in your hotel.房间很臭，我的床上有别人的头发。我没想到这种事会发生在你们酒店

A: I’m sorry to hear that,

Mrs.Stevenson.

B：在中国的北部。It’s in the northern part of China.

What’s your room number, please?

B：我住在1210。吹风机也不好使。

This is Room1210.The hair dryer is not working well.

A: I’ll send someone to have a look.

B:我是Tom，住206。房间的淋浴器出了问题。我打开喷头，不出水。另外，外面太吵了。我可以换个房间吗？

This is Mr.Tom, Room206. There seems to be something wrong with the shower in the room. I turned on the shower,but no water came out. Besides, it’s too noisy out side. Can I change a room?A：Sorry, there’s no twin room available.
