教师要认真倾听幼儿的想法。放下成人的固定思维,真实记录幼儿的想法,做幼儿忠实的倾听者,用心倾听孩子表达的愿望。把话语权还给儿童,相信游戏,看到游戏背后的特点;相信幼儿是有能力的学习者;相信倾听的力量,相信关系的价值,在游戏中强调幼儿的参与性。
《评估指南》中提出“认真观察幼儿在各类活动中的行为表现并做记录,通过一段时间的持续观察,对幼儿的发展情况和需要做出客观全面的分析。”教师都具有观察的能力。在观察的过程中要有自我提问的意识,找到观察的线索。在实践中不断地观察儿童,思考观察到的现象。教师的连续观察,准确了解教师与幼儿的互动情况,准确判断教师对促进幼儿学习与发展所做出的努力与支持。

梁教授结合游戏案例的解读,通过深入浅出的讲解对上述问题做出了具体详细的解答。
教师要认真倾听幼儿的想法。放下成人的固定思维,真实记录幼儿的想法,做幼儿忠实的倾听者,用心倾听孩子表达的愿望。把话语权还给儿童,相信游戏,看到游戏背后的特点;相信幼儿是有能力的学习者;相信倾听的力量,相信关系的价值,在游戏中强调幼儿的参与性。
《评估指南》中提出“认真观察幼儿在各类活动中的行为表现并做记录,通过一段时间的持续观察,对幼儿的发展情况和需要做出客观全面的分析。”教师都具有观察的能力。在观察的过程中要有自我提问的意识,找到观察的线索。在实践中不断地观察儿童,思考观察到的现象。教师的连续观察,准确了解教师与幼儿的互动情况,准确判断教师对促进幼儿学习与发展所做出的努力与支持。
