首先由杨立平老师代表六年级组讲述了他们集体备课的过程。
一、确立教学目标。依据2022年版数学课程标准中对统计与概率领域的第3学段对本课的目标要求、依据教师用书教材说明和教学建议中的教学目标和教学建议,结合课本内容制定了本课的教学目标和教学的重难点。
二、共同研讨教学设计。整堂课的教学要本着发散学生的思维,培养学生的核心素养为目标进行设计。在例题的出示时让学生自己去发现问题,提出问题; 解决问题时引导学生采用不同的方法进行解答发散学生的思维;理解题中的数量关系时,让学生自己思考去想办法解决,想到利用借助画线段图的方法突破难点以发散学生的思维。在教学过程的设计中,除了让学生学会解决这一类问题的方法,还要让学生学会学习的方法,学习方法的渗透要贯穿在整个教学过程当中,在课堂小结中让学生总结知识上和学习方法上的收获,为以后学生能够更好的自主学习打下坚实的基础。巩固练习的设计要有梯度,既要有巩固练习也要有拓展提高。在作业的布置上也要精心设计,既要有必做作业也要有选做作业,还要为学生布置感兴趣的实践作业。
杨立平老师又针对本节课的教学在成功和不足之处进行了课后反思。成功之处能注重发散学生的思维,让学生去思考。之前领导听他的几节课后,每次听完课的感受就是他的课上的很顺畅,整节课都是老师在说,学生能够跟着老师的设计思路完成学习任务。这次他改变了这样的教学方式在本节课的教学中,他注重了让学生去思考。其次采用不同的方式与学生进行互动交流,鼓励学生参与课堂。发语音发图片,发文字,还有连麦等各种形式。同学们课上学习的积极性非常高。不足之处,首先课时太长,30分钟的课上成了一个小时,由于后来感觉时间紧促,所以让学生思考的时间还是不够充足。在以后的教学中,在每堂课的时长上要进行把控,严格预设好每个环节的教学时间,在培养学生核心素养上继续努力。
紧接着对马丽影老师的同一堂课进行了评课:丽影老师的课教学思路与她的课基本上是一致的,思路比较清晰,丽影老师课堂上善于处理意外的生成,当学生不会或回答不出来的时候,老师能够不慌不忙的进行引导讲解。作业的设计有基础,有提高,尤其是实践活动作业的设计,结合我们疫情当前,让学生在家里锻炼身体,通过统计两次跳绳的次数比较两次跳绳次数的增减幅度来巩固今天所学的内容,非常有现实意义,并且把百分数与生活紧密的联系在了一起。建议缩短课时时长,提出问题后,可以让学生只列式,不计算减少时间。

对比杨立平组长的课,马丽影老师从四方面提出自己讲课中存在的不足之处:①导入部分:我让学生提出的是有关百分数的问题。而立平老师的课让学生提出了所有有关问题,把今天的知识和之前的内容有效的联系起来,就是耗时长,用了大约10分钟左右。②在引导第二种解法时,由于时间关系,我留给学生的时间比较短,所以部分同学理解不到位,应该让他们充分的说一说116.7%和100%分别表示什么,而立平老师是让孩子们展示,讲解,说出自己的想法。③我规律总结的比较仓促,没有让学生经历思考验证的过程,而立平老师的课是让学生通过质疑—求证—总结的过程,并且课堂总结从解决方法和探究方法两方面谈收获,比较全面。让学生不只有知识的收获还有方法的积累。④也是最实用的一点就是学生回复的图片也可以显示出来,以前我以为只有老师能看到大家的回复。今后应该多向同组教师的学习。

首先由杨立平老师代表六年级组讲述了他们集体备课的过程。
一、确立教学目标。依据2022年版数学课程标准中对统计与概率领域的第3学段对本课的目标要求、依据教师用书教材说明和教学建议中的教学目标和教学建议,结合课本内容制定了本课的教学目标和教学的重难点。
二、共同研讨教学设计。整堂课的教学要本着发散学生的思维,培养学生的核心素养为目标进行设计。在例题的出示时让学生自己去发现问题,提出问题; 解决问题时引导学生采用不同的方法进行解答发散学生的思维;理解题中的数量关系时,让学生自己思考去想办法解决,想到利用借助画线段图的方法突破难点以发散学生的思维。在教学过程的设计中,除了让学生学会解决这一类问题的方法,还要让学生学会学习的方法,学习方法的渗透要贯穿在整个教学过程当中,在课堂小结中让学生总结知识上和学习方法上的收获,为以后学生能够更好的自主学习打下坚实的基础。巩固练习的设计要有梯度,既要有巩固练习也要有拓展提高。在作业的布置上也要精心设计,既要有必做作业也要有选做作业,还要为学生布置感兴趣的实践作业。
杨立平老师又针对本节课的教学在成功和不足之处进行了课后反思。成功之处能注重发散学生的思维,让学生去思考。之前领导听他的几节课后,每次听完课的感受就是他的课上的很顺畅,整节课都是老师在说,学生能够跟着老师的设计思路完成学习任务。这次他改变了这样的教学方式在本节课的教学中,他注重了让学生去思考。其次采用不同的方式与学生进行互动交流,鼓励学生参与课堂。发语音发图片,发文字,还有连麦等各种形式。同学们课上学习的积极性非常高。不足之处,首先课时太长,30分钟的课上成了一个小时,由于后来感觉时间紧促,所以让学生思考的时间还是不够充足。在以后的教学中,在每堂课的时长上要进行把控,严格预设好每个环节的教学时间,在培养学生核心素养上继续努力。
紧接着对马丽影老师的同一堂课进行了评课:丽影老师的课教学思路与她的课基本上是一致的,思路比较清晰,丽影老师课堂上善于处理意外的生成,当学生不会或回答不出来的时候,老师能够不慌不忙的进行引导讲解。作业的设计有基础,有提高,尤其是实践活动作业的设计,结合我们疫情当前,让学生在家里锻炼身体,通过统计两次跳绳的次数比较两次跳绳次数的增减幅度来巩固今天所学的内容,非常有现实意义,并且把百分数与生活紧密的联系在了一起。建议缩短课时时长,提出问题后,可以让学生只列式,不计算减少时间。

对比杨立平组长的课,马丽影老师从四方面提出自己讲课中存在的不足之处:①导入部分:我让学生提出的是有关百分数的问题。而立平老师的课让学生提出了所有有关问题,把今天的知识和之前的内容有效的联系起来,就是耗时长,用了大约10分钟左右。②在引导第二种解法时,由于时间关系,我留给学生的时间比较短,所以部分同学理解不到位,应该让他们充分的说一说116.7%和100%分别表示什么,而立平老师是让孩子们展示,讲解,说出自己的想法。③我规律总结的比较仓促,没有让学生经历思考验证的过程,而立平老师的课是让学生通过质疑—求证—总结的过程,并且课堂总结从解决方法和探究方法两方面谈收获,比较全面。让学生不只有知识的收获还有方法的积累。④也是最实用的一点就是学生回复的图片也可以显示出来,以前我以为只有老师能看到大家的回复。今后应该多向同组教师的学习。
