Experience means we take part in different activities in our life and we get different emotions from that. Sometimes we are happy, sometimes we are angry and sad. That is common for everyone. </p><p class="ql-block">Bad feelings occur in everyone's life. So if you feel unhappy, never mind. You can't always be happy as well as you can't always be angry.</p><p class="ql-block">What will you do if you feel bad? I know you like yelling or crying. That’s ok. But if you keep crying or yelling instead of telling me about it, I can't know what makes you angry or unhappy. </p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 18px;">But you should learn how to express feelings. </span>You can share your bad feelings and talk about situation that makes you unhappy with me or your friends. Then we can figure out how the problem occurred and how to solve it. We can solve the problem together and make the bad feeling away.</p><p class="ql-block">M: Now let’s play emotions board game.</p><p class="ql-block">Roll the dice and move your game piece that number of squares. Read the emotion written in the square and say a time when you have felt this emotion e.g. I feel happy when I am riding my bike.</p><p class="ql-block">The game can be for 2-4 players.
