他就是马俊，宁夏马俊雕塑艺术有限公司创始人。他出生在西吉县沙沟乡的一个穷山沟里，三岁就没了父亲，兄妹七人是母亲一把屎一把尿的拉扯大的。哥哥们那时因为家里穷，都没有上成学，所以都是地道的农民工。他是家里最小的，是母亲的"老儿子"。母亲把所有的希望都寄托在他身上，所以，上学就是唯一的出路了。从小学到初中学习成绩非常棒，老师们常常夸赞，是母亲的骄傲。往往事与愿违，到了初三那年，眼睛得了角膜炎，从此就没了上学的机会。就辍学在家放羊去了，母亲唯一的希望和骄傲从此也消失了。可是，他会就此罢休吗？2003年六月份的一个早上，他在洋芋地里除草，在他前方有一辆班车扑面而来，他眼前忽然一亮，离家出走的念头从心头涌了上来。兜里仅有母亲给的50元钱乘坐了去往银川的班车。那年他14岁，从此就自理了。在外打拼的辛苦和幸酸同龄的朋友都知道，可在他心中永远有一种力量在推动着他，那就是母亲的骄傲和希望。他有一个梦想，就是做一名大厨。所以清楚的知道自己的人生目标和方向，一路走来得到了不少恩师的指点与帮助，终于在他的努力和付出下有了现在的成就。（在这里送给那些正在迷茫，没知识没文化的朋友们，不要气馁，不要抱怨，只要你有梦想，真心付出了，就没有做不成的事）。

宁夏马俊雕塑是宁夏首个最具全面的手艺人培训基地，培训项目包括（泥塑培训，糖艺培训，果蔬雕培训，冰雕培训，泡沫雕塑培训，软陶、面塑、粘土培训，翻糖培训等等）。
