作为一名教师,最高的境界是能走进学生心里,催开学生的心灵,让心灵开花。今天,听了伊丽梅老师讲授的《桥》一课,惊喜地发现,伊老师凭着自己扎实的语文教学功底,在瞬间走进了学生的心,让每一名学生的心灵开花。一是让人性之花在学生心中开放。《桥》这篇课文,处处充满着人性美。如何让人性美在学生心中扎根、升华呢?伊老师没有一处空泛地讲解,而是精心设计了不同的朗读形式,针对不同的朗读内容,让学生自读自悟。学生在朗读中,自然而然地感悟到了这种充满着党性与亲情的人性美。二是让亲情之花开放,三是让师生间的感情之花开放。 本堂课还有一个亮点,就是伊老师能够充分挖掘本土的红色资源,充实课堂教学活动。如在孩子们感受到了老支书“忠于职守、大公无私、舍己为人”这一高大形象后,再引导学生说一说我们莲花县优秀共产党员的感人故事,再次激发了学生的家国情怀。
不足之处在于教师的主导作用定位不准。在学习进程中,教师不用害怕学生打乱自己原来的计划,而是及时地给予学生适当的点拨和引导,激发学生的活动兴趣和创造潜能,因势利导开展学习活动,以此培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,具有终身学习的愿望和能力。

作为一名教师,最高的境界是能走进学生心里,催开学生的心灵,让心灵开花。今天,听了伊丽梅老师讲授的《桥》一课,惊喜地发现,伊老师凭着自己扎实的语文教学功底,在瞬间走进了学生的心,让每一名学生的心灵开花。一是让人性之花在学生心中开放。《桥》这篇课文,处处充满着人性美。如何让人性美在学生心中扎根、升华呢?伊老师没有一处空泛地讲解,而是精心设计了不同的朗读形式,针对不同的朗读内容,让学生自读自悟。学生在朗读中,自然而然地感悟到了这种充满着党性与亲情的人性美。二是让亲情之花开放,三是让师生间的感情之花开放。 本堂课还有一个亮点,就是伊老师能够充分挖掘本土的红色资源,充实课堂教学活动。如在孩子们感受到了老支书“忠于职守、大公无私、舍己为人”这一高大形象后,再引导学生说一说我们莲花县优秀共产党员的感人故事,再次激发了学生的家国情怀。
不足之处在于教师的主导作用定位不准。在学习进程中,教师不用害怕学生打乱自己原来的计划,而是及时地给予学生适当的点拨和引导,激发学生的活动兴趣和创造潜能,因势利导开展学习活动,以此培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,具有终身学习的愿望和能力。
