<p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> 根据当前疫情形势，按照《韩城市教育局关于推迟2022年国庆假后开学报到时间的通知》，现就2022年国庆假后学生入校有关事宜通知如下:</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">一、收假开学时间</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> 全市中小学校、幼儿园开学时间统一推迟至10月10日（如有变化，临时通知）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">二、师生返校前须知的四项要求</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> 全体师生返校须持24小时核酸检测阴性证明返校。同时具有下列情况的按如下要求出具相关证明：</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">1.凡7日内有省内、韩城市域外常态化防控区旅居史的师生，需在返校前完成“3天2检”后，持两次核酸检测阴性证明和24小时核酸检测阴性证明返校。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2.凡7日内有省外常态化防控区和省内中高风险区所在县、区的低风险区旅居史的师生，需提前返韩，待完成“3天居家健康检测+2次核酸检测”后，持两次核酸检测阴性证明和24小时核酸检测阴性证明返校。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">3.凡7日内有疫情高流行地区和省内有确诊病例县区旅居史的师生一律不得返校。返校时提前向班主任报告，确定来校时间。并严格落实我市疫情防控相关政策。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">三、错峰入校有关要求</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">1.10月10日早上错峰入校。全体教职工遵照学校工作作息时间表正常按时到校，值周人员、后勤人员、主班教师要提前到岗。全体学生按错峰时间来园，不得提前来校。幼儿返园全程戴口罩，做好个人防护，校门口通道站队保持1米间距，并依据返校须知的四项要项，打印携带24小时核酸阴性证明，确保入校平稳有序。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2.严格人员管控。学校按照市应急办、市教育局、每日推送的风险区域目录和防控要求，再次对全校教职工、学生假期行程进行细致排查统计，及时将返校时间和相关要求告知仍滞留在外师生，督促返韩师生严格落实“双报备”等相关防控措施。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">3.落实防控措施。开学后，学校实行封闭式管理，校外无关人员一律不得进入校园。师生入校严格落实“一测一扫三查”和“晨午检”，每日三次对幼儿园重点部位进行消毒通风。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">疫情防控 ，人人有责！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">小灵幼儿园温馨提示所有人自觉遵守防疫要求，做好自我防护。抗击疫情从我做起！</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 20px;">教育咨询热线：5325818</b></p>
